We were amused and shocked together when we reached there, as the front portion of the hotel, ***** with front reception desk, as seen in posted pictures, was not there at all. As per the staff it was dismantled broken for renovation, after govt. Instructed them to leave land for wide ing the roads. So we entered a hotel without a front door or wall or facade. Just a makeshift desk on the corridor acted as the reception desk. We wanted to convert the room to ac type, but were told "all occupied. But frankly, all throughout 10hour night halt never saw another guest either checking in or checking out. The hotel has a separate space on left, for a few cars to park (maybe 3-4 at most, where we parked our car. If you discount the above, room was just a small tight functional one, with a queen bed, 2 single sofa and small table. A tv hung on the wall. An ac (or perhaps cooler) duct near ceiling, that kept us comparatively cooler. Washroom was small but ok. Overall a nicely done compact room and bed. The bed linen was ok at the price. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were of hard foam. 3rd pillow kept in cup oard was much softer and better. We were offered tea when we entered. But cooking staff was still not available at night. We had to hurry out in the morning, so didn't bother the young lads much.
