"Performa berbiaya tinggi, termasuk sarapan dan pemandian air panas gratis di akhir pekan. Lounge pemandian air panas di lantai dua memiliki air es, mesin penjual otomatis, dan microwave. Berjarak kurang dari enam menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun pusat dan supermarket besar. Makanan segar di supermarket didiskon setengahnya setelah jam 7 malam, dan dapat dipanaskan di oven microwave hotel, yang ekonomis dan terjangkau. Namun, kekurangan terbesar dari hotel ini adalah efek isolasi suaranya sangat buruk. Suara berbicara dan tertawa di sebelah dan berjalan di koridor dapat terdengar dari toilet yang menyiram di sebelah malam. "This Saga Garden Terrace Hotel Resort was truly disappointing, with an extremely poor experience. The hotel isn't small, but surprisingly, none of the staff spoke English. We had to rely entirely on a tablet translator to communicate, which was incredibly difficult and practically impossible. We simply wanted to add one more family member to our room, but the front desk immediately informed us that it would cost an extra 800 yen per person. My room only cost a little over 1000 yen for the entire night, so adding one more person was utterly unreasonable and blatant price gouging. However, because our itinerary was booked in advance and there were no other alternative hotels nearby, we had no choice but to accept, resulting in a very poor experience. The overall service was cold and perfunctory, with absolutely no human interaction whatsoever. For a resort hotel, the service level was completely substandard, and I sincerely do not recommend it."
Comfort Hotel Saga ★★★
"I stayed at this hotel for a few days during my trip, and I highly recommend it! The location is fantastic. One exit from the JR station leads directly to the Combox shopping mall (where the supermarket on the first floor offers 50% off at 7 PM and 20% off at 6 PM), and also to what seems to be the most bustling street in the area – probably a main thoroughfare. At night, the trees lining the street outside are beautifully decorated with light strips. The JR station itself has plenty of great food options, so even if you're a bit late for lunch, there's no need to worry. On the other side, just a 2-minute walk away at the intersection, is the Comfort Hotel. Although it's not large, and the rooms are small and compact in a Japanese style, they are very clean. The rooms seem to have central heating; it felt warm as soon as I entered, as shown in picture three. Both check-in and check-out are self-service at machines by the entrance, which can be switched to Simplified Chinese, making the process smooth and seamless. If I had any issues during my stay, the hotel staff were patient listeners and actively helpful. The breakfast was also excellent; while not a huge variety, the taste was great, as seen in picture two."

"It is just behind JR Saga Station. You can take the airport bus through the parking lot in the morning. Self-service check-in, the room is quite large, with two large beds, a large balcony, a refrigerator and a microwave."

"The room size is larger than the Japanese-style rooms in general hot spring hotels. No Japanese yukata is provided, only Japanese pajamas. The overall style experience is a combination of European and American styles. It is not a completely Japanese hot spring hotel. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a banquet. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs are large. If you like a quiet place with few people, you can consider this niche hot spring"

"Not bad, not bad, a place with few people feels like a paradise. It is very convenient to take bus 73 from Saga JR Station to Guyu. The store is very much a Japanese family business model, full of a sense of ritual. Dinner and breakfast were very good, and the desserts were even better. The soup was very comfortable. I will go there again if I have the chance."

"If you want to experience a traditional Japanese inn, I highly recommend this! Their “one-stop-two” food is quality. Don't expect too much otherwise: the room is clean overall, but if you have nasal allergies I highly don't recommend it! The dust in the air was quite sharp and I kept sneezing once inside. Hand sanitizer is not provided in the washrooms throughout the inn. In fact, hand sanitizer is a basic hygiene need whether after going to the restroom or before eating. I hope the person in charge can seriously improve it. In addition, the hostel does not have an elevator, if you are a family and have large luggage, be mentally prepared to move your own luggage up the stairs."

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it definitely doesn't affect the overall experience. I absolutely loved the onsen baths here; there are multiple indoor and outdoor baths with various temperatures. I booked a tatami room for three nights almost a month in advance. The hotel is very clean, and towels and yukatas are changed daily. The breakfast set menu is simple. There's a free shuttle bus at Saga Station exit, with temporary parking next to the Comfort Hotel. See the picture for the specific times; it's very convenient for getting around."
