"When you go upstairs, the toilet smells, and you smell when you sleep or wake up. The private room seems to be renovated, but the Shoji windows are thick with dust for several years. The grilled fish for breakfast is like a sponge. Garbage and dust that cannot be seen directly in the gap of tatami mats in the room of the meal. I booked this inn because there was no other inn around here, but I regretted that I should have made it an inn in another area separated from 20-30."

They even offered popsicles after your soak. A variety of yukata (light cotton robes) were available for selection. Delicious tofu skin sushi was served at 10 PM."

It's very close to the port, a 10-minute walk, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the bus station Imotocho. The location is very good. The hotel is an older hot spring hotel with older facilities, but overall it is OK. It is a recommended hot spring hotel for Sado Island travel."

"It was the first time I stayed in a hotel on a trip and I felt hungry🥲 I spent a morning taking a Jetfoil transfer to the island bus from downtown Niigata to get here, and then I was told that I couldn't make a dinner reservation that day. You should know that we did not receive this information when we booked the hotel. We did not notice it on the website, and we did not receive any email or phone notification. The hotel suggested that we go back to the pier to find food, because the nearest hotel is not within walking distance, which is not feasible for us who are tired from traveling and have no physical strength. Otherwise the only solution is to buy some snacks from the hotel tuck shop for dinner. The whole hotel is Showa style and the room we stayed in faced north which meant you couldn't appreciate the sunset from your room. The only good thing is that the windows are facing the tourism attraction. Btw, The hotel facilities are quite old and some details are not very clean."

"I used it on a weekday after the holidays (9/25-27). There were no other guests, so it was comfortable and like having the place to myself. It wasn't a problem at night either, as it's a little far from the prefectural road in front of the inn and there isn't much traffic at night. Can I use the ice, fruit, iced coffee, etc. in the fridge? (Free? Paid?) I'm not sure... If you would like to leave it for the next guest when you leave, I think it would be a good idea to write a message! Please replenish it! Next time I'd like to rent the whole house with my family."

Sado Island is very beautiful, and the sea view of Oo-Turtle at the northern end of the island is amazing!!"

However, the air conditioning wasn't working in the changing room for the open-air bath, and I ended up sweating profusely. Other than that, there were no other negative points, and it was a wonderful stay."

"When I made a reservation for three people through Trip.com, it automatically changed to a quadruple room and I was charged for four people, so I couldn't make a reservation for three and ended up losing money for one person. The hotel's public bath was small and only big enough for 3-4 people, which was a bit of a concern, but otherwise it was comfortable. The buffet-style meals were also delicious and nice."

"The facility itself has a Showa retro feel, but the rooms are spacious and the views from the large windows are amazing, giving it a nostalgic feel, and the toilet and washroom are convenient and have a calming atmosphere. The hot spring♨️ has a retro bathtub and a brand new open-air bath♨️ that was added about two years ago, and it felt great, and the food was delicious. The rice🍚 in particular was superb, and I was really impressed by the delightful service of being allowed to have as many refills as I wanted. As expected!! I ate rice from the home of rice🌾."
