Love the lodge! Rooms spacious and very beautiful. Toilet is on the smaller side for resorts around Gstaad

酒店管理水平，真的沒挑剔。非常好的位置，值得回頭入住。房間也配備了户外背包，適合山野徒步，也適合三四天小假期的度假。

My experience of staying at HUUS was impeccable, from their pick up till drop service was great. We loved the location of the property, at height and at calmness. Our Check in took 2 mins and the whole experience of stay was in comfort which was wonderful. Staffs are really helpful. We loved the outdoor cycling experience and the warmth of the hotel.

Amazing staff! Room service staff were brilliant! Michael Laura and Diane excelled at their job. Never seen such good room cleaning and arranging. Great staff in Bar and restaurants. They really were faultless. Well done the chief hotel manager. Its a great place to stay and be looked after. Very professional everything.

Exceptionally friendly and amazing service. Staff are always attendant to requests. Wonderful location and would definitely visit again. Rooms were exceptionally clean and hotel Well kept. Spa was wonderful and loved the snow room. View was breathtaking.

Short of staff. Reception desk staff are so not helpful. There are also mixed reviews about free shuttle. I can confirm the shuttle is NOT free. You cannot ask to be taken to town. Well, you can but you’ll be charged £40 minimum. This is the second time we Stayed here. This time we stayed for a week and changed 3 times the room. Until they decided to give us a decent room and not try and squeeze 4 people into a double room, with a very tiny sofa bed. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and will not come back at HUUS. And one last thing, there is NO ROOM SERVICE.

Absolutely stunning place. The only downside was that I was here for a conference and despite touring the place, didn't get to try the pool, spa and the awesome infrastructure (bike, backpack and other equipment loan, guided walks, etc). The setting is absolutely stunning and everything from the cool lobby bar area to the awesome kids lounge is top notch. I'm making plans to come back with the family: summer or winter, it looks like the perfect place for a break.

We spent our weekend at the Hotel Huus Gstaad. The rooms are very lovingly furnished, very Swiss style. The hotel is above the village center, so you have a great view. We were there by car, so that was no problem. If you prefer to travel without a car, you will have to choose another hotel. During the day the hotel is very quiet, but in the evening, it turns into a small disco. Swiss influencers regularly visit this hotel, so with a bit of luck, you might meet another celebrity.

Be warned the rooms have no air conditioning and they are like a warm oven at night. They can only give you a fan. We gave ours to the kids, and I was left having the hottest night sleep ever. The staff said they had no more fans left in the hotel for us. The staff said sleep with the door open as there are very few mosquito around, I now have 7 mosquito bits on me and have killed 2 mosquitos in the room. They did find another fan the next day, which has helped. It’s not that hot outside in the evenings, I think it’s because the building is very well insulated that the air can’t move. They advertise that they will provide walking boots, so no need to carry my own from home, this turns out to be untrue, I’ve asked twice can I get a pair of size 8 boots for tomorrow and both times, I’ve been told, yes and then go back to be told, sorry we don’t have any. It’s just disappointing when it’s an expensive hotel.

Spent 3 nights here and loved it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had some challenges with the bed and the man at reception validated my concerns and was able to make several suggestions that improved my rest and made my back happy - thank you! Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious with lots of options. The room was well appointed and we appreciated the use of the backpack for our adventures. We took out the bikes for the day and really enjoyed the calibre of the bikes and the cleanliness of the equipment. The views from the balcony were stunning. We didn’t use the pool but the gym was good. A couple more yoga mats would have been helpful. We ate at the restaurant La Vue, and although expensive, the food was beautiful and delicious. Other options for food are to walk down the hill to Saanen. It was very quiet, despite being a weekend but we enjoyed Cherry’s and Art 16. You just have to be able to walk up the hill after all the food!
