"Myself and my mum went for a spa followed by lunch. The spa was great and we were lucky it was quiet. Great facilities! Lunch was amazing! Great choice from a light bite to a larger meal. We had the open sandwich which was really good. Staff were attentive , good service and genuinely happy and smiley. Thanks We will be back soon!"

"We've stayed at this hotel on and off since 2017, during that time we have never once seen a dip in quality in any aspect, the customer service, the housekeeping standards, the smile from the receptionist when we walk in, never during our 20 plus stays in almost a decade has this faltered! Despite this being a budget hotel, we found this to be our benchmark on others across the UK!"

"Trip was booked by my partner as a Christmas present, it was a lovely surprise that we received a complimentary upgrade!! Having stayed here on many occasions before, knowing that the site was a good location, the grounds are beautifully kept & the staff are friendly & helpful. Accommodation was immaculately clean. Beds are very comfortable, great amenities & felt very relaxed from start to (almost) finish... My car got stuck in the mud & the maintenance guys (Ben & Pete I think that their names were?!) went above & beyond to push the car & rescue us!! They sprung in to action and quickly resolved the situation...we really appreciated the rapid response!! Thank you, will definitely stay again!! Xx"

"It was my Birthday & my husband took me for an evening meal. as a surprise, he had arranged for my Son & his family from the Mainland to surprise me. We had a lovely evening & it was indeed a really great surprise, seeing my family, who had gone to some trouble or be there for my Birthday. The Fishbourne was chosen precisely for its proximity to the ferry. Sadly, the whole evening was spoiled by my Daughter in law receiving a very steep car parking fine for her car some days later through the post. We went back to the Fishbourne to explain that they had not seen the notices in the carpark, due to being more intent on surprising me & my husband forgot to mention it. The bar staff did not mention it either. The I pad on a stand at the bar was hidden by customers too. We were offered no resolution as the parking arrangement is by a third party. Suffice to say,, we will not be going back whilst this ridiculous parking arrangement is in place & an awful attitude by management with no interest in helping to resolve the situation. We spent £110 for the meal & £80 in car parking. Never again."
