Runcorn

Usually my company books us in to Hilton Hotels when travelling to meetings but this time, as it was close to the meeting ace I was booked in to the Premier Inn Runcorn. I cannot fault my stay in any way. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff couldn't be any more polite at check in and breakfast was one of the best I've had on a business trip.

Stayed here with our small son for a nearby wedding. Everything, from the welcome we received at reception to the cleanliness of our room could not be faulted. Breakfast next day in the Beefeater was great value for money. Would definately stay here again.

Every premier inn needs a Dean, most friendliest and helpful guy I have met in any of the premiers I've stayed in. Room was comfortable, we had an assessable room. Spacious too. The only thing that let them down a bit and it's not the premiers fault was the beefeater next door for breakfast. Everything on the buffet was cold and staff unhelpful. Ive stayed here twice this month due to breavments, Dean was more than helpful and sympathetic. Definitely stay here again but you need to go into runcorn for breakfast. Thank you guys.

Stayed here 22nd-24th November with my husband & 12 year old son. Plenty of parking across both buildings of the hotel & the pub. We had to input our registration on arrival and parking was free (there's signage up that states parking was payable previously, but was free during our stay) Check in was quick & the friendly receptionists gave my son some complimentary chocolate and sweets- thankyou ❤️ We were allocated room 215 in the block away from reception. The room was clean, large & warmed up quickly when we turned on the heating. Beds were very comfortable. We were dubious about breakfast in the beefeater as had read some bad reviews but it was honestly lovely. The place was clean and all the food was hot and tasty. Bumped in to a couple of cleaning ladies as we were leaving Sunday, they were so polite & do a great job, as do all staff. Perfect location for shopping at Cheshire Oaks which was the purpose of our trip. Only an 18 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay. ❤️ The Andersons

Does what’s premier inn does. Clean, tidy and otherwise basic however the service given by the staff was incredible….took time to change our room to accommodate us staying with friends and could not have been more welcoming. Would stay again

Just back from another week stay in Runcorn, can’t complain about absolutely anything the reception staff are incredibly welcoming especially Rhiannon who made every effort it make me feel welcome, Also dean ( club rep ) who was always on hand to provide nibbles on the way back to my room. A credit to the premier inn 👍( Nathan you should be proud of your staff )
