"Overall, we were quite satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there's a private parking lot right at the entrance. They also offer a free shuttle service to their sister property for hot spring access. On the left side of the ground floor lobby, there are sports and fitness facilities such as a ping-pong table, billiard table, and treadmill. To the right, there's a self-service laundry room equipped with four washing machines and one dryer. Breakfast was also quite good. Having been in Yunnan, I've had a bowl of Ersi almost every morning. It's interesting how the Ersi varies from place to place, so it's good to try them all. However, all the minor issues were found in the bathroom: there was a noticeable sewage smell, and the bathroom door lock was a bit loose – we had to really yank it to make sure it latched properly. The sink faucet should also probably be replaced; you absolutely cannot turn it on too high. I didn't realize this at first, and when I casually lifted the handle, water splashed all over me."

"This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."

"This place was a delightful surprise. The manager personally prepared hand-ground coffee, and since I often brew my own at home, I could tell immediately that the beans weren't cheap—probably a medium-dark roast Geisha or something similar. Seeing that I knew a little about coffee, the manager chatted with me for a bit, and we hit it off immediately. The room exceeded my expectations; it was very spacious, with room for my luggage inside the wardrobe. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness. The sheets and blankets were brand new, the carpet had no musty smell, and the bathroom didn't have any musty sewer odor. I felt very safe and comfortable staying there. It's truly a newly opened hotel."
