L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la ville et se promener sur le quai de la Seine.Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant et disponible.

A beautiful, modern, spacious room & bathroom. Small kitchenette was very useful. Delightful front desk staff. 24 hours service. Very helpful. Easy to reach by car and great, safe underground carpark. We walked into the city from here along the canal. We opted for the hotel breakfast. Fantastic selection including eggs! Good TV including BBC channel. Very happy with our choice

Really lovely! I loved the sink by the coffee making facilities and the separate sinks in the toilet and bathroom. Everything was thought out. I’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights iN Rouen or as an overnight stop when heading to the Vendee or Charente-Maritime. We have stayed a few times. The secure car park provides peace of mind. You dont need to empty your car if you Fe just passing tbrough. I would suggest a few tea bags, sachets of Coffee, and some milk would no amiss. The fridge kettle etc are a bit pointless without mugs etc. But hey.

The rooms were clean and already set up for the family. Having 2 neighbouring rooms allocated was very useful with 4 kids. Breakfast had something for everyone. In walking distance of the old town made it a great location.

Convenient, clean and large room. Free parking in street. Room has mini fridge and microwave.

The hotel was good, room was spacious and beds were confortable. The only real improvement can be in the bathroom, the toilet was in another room in respect to the shower/tube that was in another part of the room, honestly not the best

Room was perfect for a family of four. Room was very comfortable and being able to partition off one part of the room was very useful when getting a young child to bed. Breakfast also very nice.

We really enjoyed this place! Staff, room, location was all what we expected. Definitely would stay here again!
