"The room was very comfortable and well-equipped; I liked almost everything except: the €50/day deposit required upon arrival (information not provided during booking), which amounted to €200 for our 4-night stay (an excessive amount!); the hand soap was diluted with water (the soap in the restrooms near reception wasn't as runny); there was no box of tissues in the room (for a 3-star hotel?!); the TV volume was set to a minimum, making it difficult for people with hearing problems, or when the extractor fan was on, the TV was inaudible; we were asked to take out our own rubbish in a room near reception; and the furniture was black, so dust was much more visible even after cleaning."

We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel."

"I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back."

"The hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!"

To improve the apartment, I advise the establishment to clean the window frames and sills, add a cotton bath mat and a kitchen cloth, clean the headboard, check the shower gel refill (it was empty on arrival), add an extra bin bag and toilet paper roll, a few large plates or a glass cutting board and a large knife for cutting vegetables, add a salad spinner, and repaint in some areas."
