TTamuThe hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

SstephaniesparklesBooked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

NNetteluoWe only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

TTamuThis hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen).
Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable.
Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey.
The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights.
Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.

TTamuBon séjour Appt 201 - Séjour d'une semaine avec une famille de 4 personnes.
Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres,
d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage
du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée),
ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus,
quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes,
ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et
repeindre par endroits.
