Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy and the towels and bedding were soiled. The wooden fittings in the bathroom were rotting and the smell was overpowering. The staff were incompetent and it took twenty minutes to check in because they couldn't find my reservation. They insist you pay on arrival probably because they know no one would pay otherwise, and there is no reception in the day so you can't complain in person. The area is horrible too. Do not stay here.

Heating was not working, no isolation on the windows, it was like the windows are opened all night, i was on the third floor and i hear somebody walking on the street. And also the bed was like sleeping on a rock. the bathroom was not clean at all and there were some wierd pipes in the room.
