Accessible from the central station through trams or walk and located close to good pubs. Clean room and toilets.

The toilet COVERED IN HAIRS, the noise was intense until 4 am and since 9 am you could hear screams laughs people walking back and forth including the people who cleans , REALLY TERRIBLE

It’s nice for a short period of time not really for much more than that!

It was a great experience to stay in this CityHub, the location and amenities were great! Would have preferred to stay in the bottom beds.

Had a great stay. Room was clean, toilets and showers were clean too. The included breakfast was a good way to start the day.

Very clean room and amenities. Lovely design of the whole place. Bit lack of space but expected. Really chill and comfy place to stay. Really clean toilets&bathroom as well.

Fantastic accomodation and centrally located in Rotterdam. The pod concept is funky and functional. Shared bathrooms were also very clean. Little bit of wear and tear but still very clean and comfortable.

Great location and new facilities. Toilets/bathrooms were cleaned regularly and there are plenty per floor. Breakfast was also good and they had a good system to store your luggage while you enjoy the city on your last day :)

This is a pod hotel, well located with friendly and helpful staff. The place is clean , quiet inside, but busy outside, well located if you want to have a drink in the evening, go to the station or subway. Only thing was the lift does not seem to work often, at least when I was there, it could be used only going up.Anyways, was a pleasant one night stay in Rotterdam.

Very nice comfortable hotel at amazing location.

The hosts are very helpful. The hubs themselves are small, but that is to be expected. Very centrally located, a short walking distance from all the attractions.

City Hub Rotterdam is a but different from the other branches. It is more like building with a few of floors, but that's fine as long as they have lifts. And the street view from shower room is quite nice. The management team could communicate better to guests on what they should or should not do during the stay, so everyone knows and can follow . Another thing is there are 5 female shower rooms on 3rd floor, but three of them were locked the whole time, only two were available. Overall, we still like City Hub a lot, hope we can enjoy our stay more next time.

Fair value for money. There’s always somebody at the reception ready to help. The room is spacious enough. It could be a bit cleaner. I spend one night and it was good enough for a fair price.
