Ulasan Fendi Private Suites - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

意大利四城9晚自駕遊，fendi是最差的體驗，除了位置好找出門就能逛街以外，我客觀得説沒有一樣值得的。但是位置大家也請注意，這個地方是屬於羅馬的限行區域，很多車子是進不來的，我們訂的送機車子就進不來，無奈因此回國那天臨時讓酒店給叫taxi。結果幺蛾子就來了：前台幫叫了以後跟我説7-8分鐘到，結果等到15分鐘的時候車子還沒來，我繼續問，跟我説5分鐘，於是又等了10分鐘來了一部taxi，保安上前溝通了一下不知什麼原因車子就開走了。我看不對頭我跟他不用叫了我自己叫，於是我走到100處的另一個街口叫了一部車子回來。我們準備拿行李走了，前台把我們攔住説她叫的車子已經到了，此時距離我叫車的時間已經過去半個小時，我説不用了我們用自己叫的車。結果把我行李攔住跟我説：不可以！因為她叫的車已經到了，否則需要賠償司機費用。我説那我叫的車呢？她凶神惡煞地説她沒有辦法，你們不能用自己叫的車。因為怕飛機晚點我們無奈之下坐了酒店叫的車。因為讓我們叫的車子等了太久所以我給了他5歐的小費。請攜程向fendi集團反應並且投訴這位一樓的前台。 另外fendi酒店的設施配不上它的價格，我們訂的二大一小（五歲）的套間，近9000每晚的價格，加的一張小床竟然塌了三次，非常簡陋不穩定（圖一）。2號房浴室的洗手盆水龍頭像噴泉一樣，一用就濺到池子外。 酒店一共就7個房間，像小作坊，二樓前台check in 一共就一個人，我剛到的時候就跟我抱怨説她今天累死了，check in check out 都是她。 酒店體驗一次就夠了，不用再來，我替大家體驗過了，別來了！

因為衹有7間房，所有隱祕性比較好，也比較安靜。在這裏看到的風景不用加濾鏡，公共的空間還可以，畢竟樓下是芬迪的旗艦店。早餐也可以哦，一般辦理入住要下午3點之後，因為太早去客人也還沒辦法退房，那邊的早餐還可以的。

羅馬名店街FENDI店樓上，衹有7間房，衹訂到了一晚，6號房。雖然房間有點小，但是公共空間的客廳很舒適寬敞。樓頂露台吧可以看到西班牙廣場的雙塔，也是酒店的早餐廳。樓下購物非常方便，買到了新季的雙面穿大衣。

I stayed at the excellent Fendi Hotel. Suite number 5 was large, spacious, well equipped with all the luxury required for an excellent stay. I couldn't asked for a better location. On Via del Corso Street. In front of the Spanish steps, walking distance to everywhere. Excellent service, excellent breakfast on the rooftop. And the bonus, the Zuma restaurant is located one floor above.

Amazing suites so comfortable and elegant. Excellent location near all the shops very walkable. Love the privacy of the suites and the service

Fendi Private Suites were amazing-stylish, comfortable, and fantastic service. We would definite recommend to others.

All was great but the breakfast stuff needs to be upgraded. Doesn’t match with the rest of Fendi.

location was perfect overlooking the spanish steps. But if you are a sleeper and can't stand loud noises, I dont suggest to you this hotel as there are so many live and loud performsnces especially late in the afternoon and evening. Hotel was beautiful and furnitures high quality but whats lacking is the people service, There is no proper concierge unlike other hotels and some staff doesnt like to talk to clients feels like avoiding questions. Was wondering why they work in the hospitality business in the first place. Value for money i would say 7.5-8/10 its not a cheap hotel, its a branded boutique fendi by LVmh grp. I woul expect they set a higher bar considering they are a luxury group retailers.

Our first stay here, but our second visit to Rome. This was truly perfect in every way and doesn't feel like a hotel, but as listed, it feels like private apartments. Set in a great location, access is fuss free via private lifts and there is the bonus of Zuma and the rooftop bar which is used for breakfast. The only ****** is breakfast - it could be better, but this wouldn't stop us returning or recommending. Oh, and it's super convenient for a treat or two at the flagship store at Fendi!
