really good stay

Très belles chambres et propres , l’hôtel est bien situé, pas dans le centre mais avec beaucoup de bus aux alentours voir juste en face qui mène au centre ou à la gare. Plus le métro Bologna a 12 minutes à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif

酒店離景點有一段距離，在居民區，所以很安靜。所有的酒店工作人員都非常熱情和友好。周圍也有幾分鐘步行可達的公交站，去景點很方便。早餐也不錯，總之很滿意！

奇差無比 首先，訂之前看了booking和攜程的評論，入住後震驚於居然很少人提到酒店隔音問題，簡直就是紙板房，全家人四天帶着耳罩耳塞都沒睡過一天安穩覺，第一個噪音來源於其他房間外國佬深夜蹦迪歡笑尖叫，磕了葯一樣興奮，第二個噪音來源於前台，生平第一次見到房間和前台這麼近的，雖然一個在一樓一個在零樓，但捱得真的很近，不可避免地被前台種種聲音一刻不停地吵到，第三個來源於晚上嗡嗡的蚊子，第四個來源於房間窗户直接對着露天酒吧，第五個來源於打掃衞生的員工，每天早上清晨就開始打掃，又是吸塵器，又是拖拉床和桌子，手腳又不是一般的重，房間隔音奇差，因此他們就是晚上不讓你睡，白天更不讓你睡。 第二，離所有景區，好吃有人氣的餐飲，機場都非常遠，市區正常點的四星酒店比這個la ville hotel 貴了個幾百人民幣，當時訂這家就想貪圖這點小便宜，住偏遠郊區便宜的酒店在其他一些歐洲城市確實行得通，但羅馬公共交通系統相當落後，從酒店去大多數景區與美食坐地鐵根本不到，坐公交確實可以到，但坐對方向，買到公交票，車上成功打票，複雜程度遠高於正常的城市，因此羅馬公交系統基本就是不想讓遊客坐的那種不友好，而且去所有地方基本都要轉幾趟車，旅行經驗不足的，腳力不足的，第一次來羅馬的，捨不得打車的，都千萬不要為了省這幾百塊錢。還是去住正常點的在市區裏的酒店吧，我覺得哪怕火車站後方的酒店也比這好。 第三，我嚴重懷疑酒店就是民房（別墅）改建的，所以每個間客房基本就是以前的每個房間，可想而知，自己家的各個房間之間能有啥好隔音，私隱性當然也差點意思，隔壁洗澡拉屎都聽得見。反正基本就是個民宿，而且民宿有的缺點它基本都有。個人非常反感這種民房改建成的酒店，而好多老外偏偏對這種類型情有獨鍾，我好多次都不幸訂到像這種類型的，它們普遍booking評分都超乎實際的高，所以不喜歡民宿的千萬莫要被booking上9.5分給騙了。 第四，設施很老舊，尤其那個空調操控板，又深又小的按鈕，每次要把指甲伸進去折斷了還按不到。 第五，早餐自助餐關門太早，而且十點準時關門趕人，別的酒店都是截止時間不能拿食物了，他家是直接不讓在裏面吃了

Servicio y Limpieza: Excelentes. Ubicación: Regular porque está a 30 minutos en transporte público. Instalaciones: Muy bien en general y regular en particular porque la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía ventana que se pudiera abrir para que entrara aire puro desde la calle cuando te apeteciese. Es una habitación situada en la última planta de buhardilla y la ventana era tipo VELUX ubicada en un techo a una altura que no te permitía abrirla y lo que es peor sin poder correr la cortina, por lo que a las 6:00 am entraba una luz solar molesta para seguir durmiendo.

Very clean. Very welcoming. Good breakfast. Bright rooms good air con. Room switched immediately when air con faulty. Only slight negative was the noise through the interlocking door - could hear next door brushing teeth (strange but true) and their alarm.

The room was very clean and it smelled good. The room was what is promised in the pictures. The staff was friendly and nice. Some of our family didn't speak good english but they understood us well and were very understanding. The food was very good, we especially recommend the steaks. We will come again if we ever come to Rome again, thank you!

This hotel is perfect in ever way. Breakfast is great. Comes very fast the bacon and eggs and they’re perfectly cooked. Location is great - about 15 euros in a taxi to the main sights of Rome. The only thing I would say is specify when you book that you don’t want to stay in room 401. This is because it stinks! Our clothes still smell of the room now. We managed to move rooms 1 night and also others in our group were staying in another room. Both of these rooms didn’t smell. All the staff are great however I feel they failed ti comprehend the smell of the room. As soon as you open the door you wretch. They solved the smell for one day and it came back. This was the only disappointment in the whole stay and I hope genuinely it can be addressed as it’s the only thing that marred our stay.

Struttura molto elegante già nella parte esterna così come nella Hall.Camera Classic,nel nostro caso la 103,veramente molto bella,pulita,profumata ed elegante.Il bagno tutto in marmo davvero splendido con una linea di cortesia eccellente.La stanza della Colazione molto carina arredata in stile moderno.Colazione molto varia sia dolce sia salata.La struttura è in una zona molto bella in particolare è a pochi metri da Villa Torlonia luogo splendido e molto curato x fare delle meravigliose passeggiate.Quando torneremo a Roma sapremo sicuramente dove alloggiare...Alla Ville Naturalmente!Adele

Hotel ben arredato,materasso comodo e buona la colazione. Pecca della camera mansardata le finestre,nonostante le tende,ti svegli all'alba per la luce. Stanza poco insonorizzata e molto calda,nonostante fosse venuta l'addetta a spegnere il climatizzatore. Doccia con pelucchi di polvere.

Les prestations sont à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles: la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le buffet de petit déjeuner très correct et les plats du restaurant sont de qualité. Du personnel agréable et attentionné, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. Ce n'est pas l'hôtel le plus près du centre de Rome, mais il est quand même bien situé, avec trois lignes de bus qui passent devant et une station de métro à une douzaine de minutes à pieds. Notre chambre était au dernier étage, sous le toit donc. Les fenêtres sont petites mais suffisantes. Au printemps/été, il y aura besoin de mettre la climatisation (installée dans la chambre).

Hotel en el barrio de Bolonia en Roma, en una zona residencial, una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables, el desayuno normal, deberían de tener más opciones, también tiene restaurante. Bien conectado con el centro. Recomendable.

Hotel su via Nomentana, a due passi dal consolato generale russo. Struttura un po’ piccola, ma pulita e nel complesso servizio discreto. Peccato i prezzi. A maggio, in settimana, 330€ una camera. Eccessivi. Ci sono hotel in altre città che al medesimo prezzo offrono molto di più. Roma, in generale, si dia una regolata …
