I had to ask for kettle coffee and tea. All these basic items NOT provided in the level 3 room that I stayed. On 6 May 2023, my room was not tidy up. The male receptionist simply said this "your room is not made up but it is common that people make mistake right?" He was so defensive!!!

Good. But the scent in the room was too strong. Location wasn’t the best but close enough to a metro station. I’d recommend if you’re visiting the area.

I stayed in two days, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is nice and friendly, the breakfast is not varied and does not contain main dishes, the view is beautiful and the balcony is beautiful

Хорошая локация. Метро Cornelia в пешей доступности (около 400м). В соседнем здании располагается гастроном.
Заселение заняло не более 5 минут, хотя, как обычно, в Италии не принимают ид-карты других стран ЕС без наличия паспорта.
Номер двухместный, вполне комфортный. В наличии мини-бар (воды, снэки), достаточное количество розеток для гаджетов, телевизор с множеством каналов (в основном новостных и итальянских). Разочаровало отсутствие чайника. По итальянской традиции - ванна и биде. В номере не продумана вентиляция. После принятия душа/ванны необходимо хорошо проветрить номер (открыть окно в ванной комнате). Кондиционер с режимом осушения воздуха. В декабре ночью немного прохладно (режим обогрева также имеется, вероятно, недостаточно высокую температуру выставил).
Идеальная ежедневная уборка (смена постельного белья, полотенец, замена гигиенических принадлежностей).
Бар (с 17:00-22:00) с кофейными, алкогольными напитками и удобной системой пост-оплаты. Уютная веранда на улице.
Крайне рекомендую
