Great hotel, perfect location. Close to the train station. Metro station at 5 min walking distance. Supermarket nearby if you need anything. Breakfast was normal european breakfast with a barista. Great coffee to start your day. Room had air-conditioning, was really nice during the hot summer. Cleaning and hygiene was good and nice amenities for a 3 star hotel. Overall great experience.

住了一晚，位置可以接受，距離中央火車站約走20分鐘就到。入住當天的價格相對其他酒店而言比較便宜，性價比較高，不過房間比較小。

We leave tomorrow. Enjoyed our stay. Lovely room spacious and clean. Large bathroom and again very clean. Lovely breakfast each morning with plenty to choose from and gluten free options available. We ate in the restaurant one night and got 20% off as a resident. Decent meal. Roof top bar lovely but a bit pricey as some really decent local bars down the street. Try Mr C for cocktails and free snacks!!!! Pizza dai 5 for excellent pizza. Only slight downside, it’s noisy at night as on a main route and student area. Main issue is ambulance service with sirens on all hours! However, we didn’t come to Rome to sleep! Excellent connections from airport via train and then metro. Booked a private transfer back to airport tomo via reception €75 for two but less hassle. We would return

“The Westen Globus Hotel in Rome was quite dirty. The bathroom was very cramped, and the bathtub was filthy. There were hairs in the tub, and water was spraying out of the shower. Would have given this lovely hotel 5 stars had it not been for the noisy traffic and sirens constantly day and night. Very unfortunate as the hotel was otherwise perfect in every way. Extremely clean, modern and in a great area just 2 metro stops from the central Termini stations or a 20 min walk. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a hot and cold buffet. Our room was huge with a large modern shower room, plenty of cupboard space and even had a fridge which was a lovely touch. And a kettle with tea and coffee was nice to have too. We ate in 2 of the local restaurants just over the road which were absolutely delicious and cheaper than the more touristy restaurants in the centre. We’d really recommend this hotel. Maybe ask for a room at the back which may be quieter.

This was OK, the free cookies and water is nice. But the staff was a bit rude when my son played the piano that all guest are able to play. He could have been more tackful in his request for him to stop playing. We won't go here again, because its too far.

We recently stayed at Best Western Globus hotel in Rome for 4 nights and we were very disappointed in the room provided to us. On the first night we experienced a/c trouble so we contacted the front desk, they sent a technician to our room who tried to fix the problem for around two hours but was unable to. We were then told that the problem could be fixed in the morning, and in the meantime, we were given a fan for the night. The second night the a/c stopped working again approximately at 12-1 am we again called the front desk but this time they did not have a technician so we were told to wait till the morning for it to be fixed again. The third night we arrived in our room at approximately 8:30pm to the a/c not working again we then requested to change rooms that night. We then able changed rooms where the a/c finally worked. I was very disappointed in the service provided to us, we were unable to enjoy our visit to Rome in these hot days as we were tired every day from not getting proper sleep and no a/c made the nights unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing trip.

My partner and I have just returned from Rome where we stayed in this hotel.. Very clean modern hotel.staff all friendly and willing to help with directions food was decent Lovely rooftop beer garden in evening.plus a few small local restaurants around vicinity. We got metro each day from stop policlinico which was only a short stroll from hotel..from there it's 2 stops to roma termini Overall very pleased with stay in Rome.

Such a nice hotel, we stayed just for three nights however my family and I felt was shorter as we were so comfortable in the room. Located in a nice and calm area of Rome, just 20 minutes away from the main at attractions, bus stops around the corner, with a great bar in front of the main entrance and so much more.Highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to Rome.

What can I say about this hotel! THERE IS NO BAR as advertised, no SPA as advertised, a restaurant with no Menu, you have to scan QR code that doesn't work!!No bathtub or robes as advertised! And Never have I been to a hotel where the staff are so rude! Not even so much as a grunt in the morning or after coming home from a day out! At breakfast there were no plates and when requested you would think I'd asked the lady to cook us breakfast! When requesting coffee the lady continued talking to locals in the breakfast room! The air con sounded like a helicopter was about to land, the fridge and safe didn't work! AVOID!!!!!

Travelled over to watch the European Athletics with my daughter. Hotel is handily located about 500m from a metro or a 20 min walk to Termini rail station. Staff were welcoming throughout our stay - even finding me a phone charging cable when I realised I'd left mine at home. The room was a good size (plus a very large balcony). Air con was a big plus and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was a wide selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, cereals, etc. Gluten free products were also availiable. There isn't a huge selection of restaurants or bars close to the hotel but still a selection of smaller cafes and eating places but you could be in the centre in 15 mins. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks

Very close to city centre. Staff friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and was very good, lots to choose from, was not expecting hot breakfast but they did bacon and scrambled egg every morning, all the continental breakfast is so fresh, bake fresh every morning. Good selection of breads/hams/ yoghurts and fruit. Bus to get to the main Rome is No310 right outside the hotel and better to get the 24h or 48 h ticket that you can use on all services, bus/metro. Get the tickets from the terminal. Over all a very good hotel on the outskirts of town.

This was a last minute trip for 4 nights and budget played a part in where we stayed as well as proximity to public transport to reach the main tourist sites. Anything nearer/in the city was more expensive. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel after reading some negative reviews. The hotel in our opinion was clean and comfortable. We booked a quadruple room so had 2 double beds for 3 of us. The room was functional with storage and plenty big enough. There was a fridge, free safe, hairdryer and a small balcony. The bathroom was quite small and the shower area very narrow but it didn't bother us, we could do what we needed to in it. The cleaning fairies came in every day and made our beds and replaced the towels. At the end of May the air con was switched on and worked well, keeping our room cool throughout the day. We found staff on reception friendly and helpful. We booked a taxi one day and it arrived within minutes. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and staff were very friendly there also. The hotel is about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tube on the B line metro. 2 stops and you are at the central Termini station, 4 stops at the colloseum or change at Termini for the A line with stops for the trevi fountain, spanish steps, vatican etc. It really wasn't a problem for us for 4 nights. There are a few cafes/bars/supermarket near the hotel as its a university area but we tended to eat whilst we were out. We did venture out one evening for food via the metro and felt safe enough. We enjoyed returning back to the hotel out of the hustle and bustle of the city. There is still street noise, sounds of sirens etc and the noise of inconsiderate people in the hotel but no more so than other hotels I have stayed in. I would personally not have a problem with staying here again.
