Hotel is just next to a parliament building so many police on patrol day and night. Feels very safe. Many restaurants and cafes down the street to choose from. Location is all within walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona and the shopping district. Metro and many public buses nearby to go to further tourist attractions. The room has a high ceiling and decor gives off the traditional look.Hotel has a lift to use.

Breakfast was very average and not reflective of content published on ******* or website, staff are very helpful and friendly, hotel could do with a little upgrade as it was quite run down but the location was good.

No sound proofing between rooms. You could literally hear conversations from the other room, including the sound of toilet flushing, shower, etc. Didn’t bother to move to another room as we have already fully unpacked everything when we realized it.
Breakfast is wanting. Exactly the same everyday.

Hotel was in a decent location and to be fair it wasn’t a bad hotel. The breakfast staff are very nice and attentive. We found reception staff was average except for tall black guy (can not remember his name) who we found was rude and not bothered. Would recommend to stay here as a central base.

Extremely small rooms and the first room they gave me..the window was completely opaque and only opened way at the top, which made one feel like I was in a box and couldn't see out. They proposed a second room and the glass was clear for the window. Still extremely small. The bathroom shower needs to be remodeled and lots of dark, chipped furniture
