We stayed here for 4 nights in a beautiful apartment located very near the Spanish Steps. The apartment itself was spacious, super clean and well equipped. The staff are all super helpful, special shout out to Lucky who couldn’t do enough for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Babuino 79.

Perfect location in Rome. Felt very safe, beautiful and easy to navigate. Such a cool, artsy property and our apartment was split level. It was the best welcome to Italy after a long flight from LA. We are returning for another two nights to close out our trip and will definitely be back. The staff is super accommodating and having laundry on site was glorious.

Excellent service. All the stuff was very helpful and kind. The location was very good, max 20' walking distance from all sights. We are a family of five people, two adults and three kids. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice decorations, a useful kitchen and two bathrooms.

Loved the location , so close to the piazza popolo, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and loads of great restaurants. Same street as all the high end stores and one away from the mid priced clothing stores. Nicely decorated spacious room - we booked the room with a huge terrace and jacuzzi which we enjoyed. Spotlessly clean. Aircon and lift saved us after a day out in the sweltering heat outside! Great storage, mini kitchen , fridge and coffee station. Adequate bathroom with bidet … but a tiny shower which was not the best for my 6ft 4 husband … but he managed. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again..

OUTSTANDING! After weeks researching, we booked with Babuino 79 because of the reviews on Carlos and Nadia, how well they took care of everyone. They helped us with so many things, I feel like we called them every day. They both were so gracious and always had a smile. Carlos and Nadia made the stay! We would stay there again. So clean, It looked new. Cleanest bathroom I’ve see outside of one newly built. The terrace was so big we thought it was a shared terrace but it was private, with nice furniture and a jacuzzi. Very comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Close to everything. The photos of the terrace Babuino 79could be a little better, the view of the terrace was just a peek out the door and we thought it would be very tiny. Great surprise. One improvement, the terrace door to be fixed where you can open from the outside as well as the inside. It locks from the inside and you’re locked out. We found out the heard way but had a good laugh about it. The interior of the apartment was just like the photos. We loved it.

We stayed 4 nights in this holiday apartment. The location is very convenient, close to the Spanish Steps and close to all the tourist spots. The apartment we stayed was a split level with the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen and dining area on the lower floor. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the stuff we needed. There is a Carrefour store just 2 mins away and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a shared washer/dryer in the basement which was very convenient for us. The apartment interiors were great looking with pictures on the walls. It was clean and well maintained. Carlos, Nadia and Lucky were extremely friendly and helpful and always attentive to our needs. They helped in organizing the airport transfers as well as getting us taxis when we needed. Overall, we had a great experience

The staff and the building are what make this hotel special. Lucky answered all my many email queries before we came and greeted us like an old friend. The hotel is lucky to have him. This also applies to the other staff, especially the guy who expertly and speedily checked us in. The room is beautiful. We especially liked the pictures on the walls and the furniture and the luxurious bathroom. Best of all, the inner courtyard- facing room we had asked for, Room 6, was utterly silent at night.
