Ulasan Tree Charme Parliament Boutique Hotel

Initially I was a little disappointed with the place when I got there. The entrance wasn’t anything enchanting and the reception area was also a small desk adjoining the main gate in their eating area. The hotel had claimed it had a lift but that was from the first floor upwards. To get to the first floor, there was a huge flight of steps. However, as I stayed on, the place grew on me. The staff was helpful on all occasions .. arranging a cab, carrying my suitcase up & then down again the steps, guiding me with the info I asked them for. The room was a decent size and well furnished. Though what I saw in the pictures whilst booking isn’t the room I got. Never the less it was very comfortable. The food was quite tasty. A little over priced I felt but then I guess, you pay for the location which was great. I walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & the Pantheon.

I made a nonrefundable booking and, within 24 hours, I fell ill and attempted to cancel. The hotel didn't care; they insisted on FULL penalty even though my room reservation was only active for less than 24 hours. If you think there is a 1% chance any of the following might happen to you: 1) Illness, 2) Death in your family, 3) Canceled flight, Etc, you should not book at this hotel. They are not compassionate people and so "Un-Italian". I think they must really be struggling financially....they are looking to make money any way they can, so be very cautious. Beware travelers!!!! I've attached a screenshot of my conversation with the hotel. They literally don't care about anything other than capturing that room fee.....they could care less about you! I had no probably obtaining full refund from United Airlines and the other hotels in my Italian itinerary. Better to book directly with a major US brand like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton.

A really lovely hotel in an excellent location. It was super clean and nicely finished. A lot of work has been put into the hotel and it puts you right in the centre of Rome. There are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel itself has a small little eatery and bar too. My only criticism was the room was a lot smaller than it looked in the image. I am glad we opted for a balcony room or it would have been too small.

Everything was exceptional! Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Great location, within walking distance from the main attractions. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Easy and fast check in/out. Loved the small balcony in our room! Highly recommend

The nightly room rate and hotel layout. For the nightly room rate to not have breakfast included is crazy, we stayed at a previous property only 5mins away and it was significantly cheaper and so much better. The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was very dark and flooring had so many levels, there were steps everywhere. Many times we had stubbed toes or someone tripped up, particularly at night when the lights are off and needing to get to the bathroom. Access to the hotel rooms are separate to the hotel reception you need venture back out onto the street and take a separate entrance. There’s also no lift, so unless you manage to acquire the help of a staff member it’s quite the hike up stairs with large suitcases. The hotel reception is tiny, barely existent and located in the restaurant, which is run by a separate company to that of the hotel which makes things a little confusing. Staff level of friendliness and helpfulness inconsistent, varied from great to very average. Some nights were louder than others could hear other guests opening and closing doors.

We were two couples visiting for a weekend break. Arrived evening! The “reception” was a high desk in the corner of smelly and dirty restaurant.! We were given two rooms and were told by a really rude receptionist that we were upgraded! A few seconds later the same man knocked at our room, we opened and he took our luggage saying he had made a mistake. He drove us to another room to another building, to a room three times smaller the one we were originally given and a window overlooking a service skylight!!! We complained, asked for the manager……nothing!!!! We left for another hotel. They kept our payment and did not refund anything!!! Not even the city tax!! WE STRONGLY RECOMENDE FOR GUESTS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE MOT CREDIBLE!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always there to help with transportation and services. I got an allergic reaction in Rome and the staff helped us find a pharmacy after midnight, arranged and spoke to the taxi driver in what was needed. Really went above and beyond to help. I felt very comfortable and safe here.

Very nice boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Nice showers. Very responsive staff - they were so helpful and kind! Breakfast included with our rooms - eggs, assorted sweets, fruit cup, toast, sausage, and beverages. We walked to all major sites and restaurants. They also arranged airport transfers for us. Would recommend this place if you like to walk and want to see the sights, or take a cab or other transportation for sightseeing.

I bumped my rating up purely because of the lovely staff, the attention to cleanliness and the incredible location of the hotel. It is misleading, though, to call this a “luxury” experience or suite. The photos look great but the reality is that while clean, the room is furnished sparsely with old, cheap furniture and relatively few amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens were exceptionally nice. The bathroom was tiny, as expected (shower only) but offered what’s needed. Daily maid service was definitely a plus. Would I go back? Probably, if the price was right and with the appropriate expectations.

Very nice clean luxury rooms boutique! My room was quite spacious! the location is amazing in the mid of all the touristic places.. the service is perfect and special thanks to Matteo he is very professional helpful and polite..

The perfect experience from start to finish. Wonderful location in walking distance of all major tourist destinations, exceptional staff who were knowledgeable in all of their respective fields (Alessandro- the sommelier at Prefetti 19 who not only suggested wine that paired perfectly with the food served, but knew the origins and back stories of all ingredients used. And Matteo who was front of house- A charming, beyond helpful gentleman who ensured that our trip went without a hitch). The hotel it's self was beautifully furnished and extremely sympathetic to it's surroundings. Would absolutely recommend to couples and families alike. Will be making a return visit.

Nothing to fault on this hotel staff were great rooms were clean and comfy very big.Netflix which is a plus great location to all the attractions if you don’t mind the walk taxis are cheap if you prefer not to can’t rate the breakfast we had booked it but on our 2 night stay we where up and out to early to have it breakfast starts at 8am they did offer us breakfast boxes which was appreciated would highly recommend this hotel would definitely stay again

The hotel is located on a quiet street but a short walk to many major attractions. Our suite is brand new and spacious. The bed, couch, chairs, and bathroom are all new and comfortable. There is a small fridge which came with a couple of small bottles of water for free. The staff is helpful and speaks English. There is a restaurant and bar on site and a reception desk with limited hours.
