Okay look, I rarely ever leave reviews but the hosts of residenza b were amazing!! the space is perfectly designed and flawless, absolutely loved it. the location is also walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Rome! highly recommended ＜3

We stayed a total of six nights at Residenza B and enjoyed it immensely! Very well run. In a nice location. Within walking distance of the National Gallery and shopping. This is not a traditional hotel with a concierge and 24/7 desk staff but we did not miss it. We had several tours that required us to leave before breakfast but Fabio was kind enough to make us coffee and give us a pastry at 7:00 AM!! We never opened the complimentary bottle of wine so we brought it home and had it last night with dinner! It brought back some wonderful memories!! Thank you!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is a true hidden gem in the midst of busy Rome, with easy access on foot or by taxi to anywhere you want to go. While it isn't really a "hotel," it's one of the nicest B&Bs we've stayed in anywhere in Europe. With only four rooms, it feels intimate and welcoming. Although Veronica is not on-site at all hours, she is easily contacted and very responsive. We experienced this when our flight was 8 hours late. There was Veronica, waiting for us at 11:00pm. Our room was large and very comfortable, light and airy, with a view of a garden in the middle of the block. And it was Quiet! The breakfast in the small dining area was fresh and delicious, with a variety of choices. Residenza B is a great choice and worth the expense.

I feel a bit bad about the fact that mine is going to be the first not-so-great review for this place, but also feel like I ought to be honest. First, the good: it's a very well-maintained, charming, little (emphasis on "little" ), place. Just four rooms and my room was quite small. and the bathroom was tiny. I honestly don't know if the others are larger, but for $450/night I was expecting more. Also, I guess I didn't realize that this isn't really a hotel. (My bad on that.) But there is no concierge to help you, and matters were made even more tricky in that while I was there the proprietor(s?) were away. I have no idea if they're normally more hands-on, but except for breakfast time, there really wasn't anyone around to ask about anything. The gentleman who was there serving breakfast was extremely nice and helpful, he just wasn't there much. Finally, given what I was paying, and the fact that I was coming off two strenuous weeks of work, and that it was crazy hot in Rome when I was there, I just wanted to be able to relax and not hassle with anything. But there are three different keys and codes you need to get in, it's up on the 4th (I think?) floor. There is a lift, but still some stairs down below, no restaurant, and all was just more work and more complicated than I had anticipated. All in all, it is a pretty place, with comfortable beds, good a/c and internet, etc. But imho, not a great value, and simply too small a room for the money.

Residenza B is a really special place to stay in Rome. If you are tossing up between here and somewhere else, you really shouldn’t. Decision made. It’s like a home away from home. The rooms are perfectly designed, and public spaces are spacious, yet homely. Located just a stones throw from the Quattro Fontane, you can walk everywhere - and I did - the only times I took a taxi were when I was hauling my luggage, or returning late at night from dinner in Trastavere. Your hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are only too happy to personally recommend good local restaurants, bars and tours of Rome. The breakfast is generous and they remember your preferences. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Loved our stay here. Veronica was a very welcoming & gracious host. Has the feeling of a high end B&B as it’s only small (4 rooms I think). It’s probably the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in anywhere and the standard of decor & furnishings is immaculate. Continental breakfast was excellent, a very large selection, though be aware that breakfast only starts at 8.30 (9 on Sunday) so if you have any early morning tours etc you’ll miss breakfast. Great location, only around 10 / 15 mins walk to Spanish Steps & Trevi fountain areas. Would recommend without hesitation

I booked Residenza B for my 30th birthday and it has exceeded all expectations! The grand deluxe suite was spacious and airy and decorated to perfection. The attention to detail is phenomenal. A Special mention to our host Camillo, who was so friendly and helpful and made our stay even more memorable. I cannot recommend this place enough! 5* quality at a fraction of the price.

Wowsers, what a fabulous place! Our expectations were high based on other reviews, but the experience was better than I could have imagined. Our hosts Camillo and Veronica were courteous and knowledgeable. Between them they have created a perfectly situated, luxury haven for their guests. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large comfy bed and a gorgeous view of the Palazzo Barberini and it’s gardens. Breakfast was a homemade sumptuous treat, every single morning. Our favourites were the quiche, pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. Located in a glorious, old building, we were within a twenty minute walk of all the major sights (except The Vatican). But, despite being so central our room was extremely peaceful and we were able to have the windows open throughout the night. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!

This was an unexpected find in Rome. Four beautiful rooms, beautifully appointed, Luxury fittings, amazing breakfasts. This is a place you should always consider when next you travel. Veronica and Camillo are wonderful hosts and can not do enough for their guests. I have never seen such wonderful breakfasts. Take my advice and run, don’t walk, to Residenza B.

Wow!! We had already read the wonderful reviews, however this hotel surpassed all of our expectations; immaculately clean, amazing location, beautiful decor and facilities and wonderful attentive staff. If you are going to Rome this is the only place to stay!

Understated elegant B&B with friendly, yet unobtrusive service. Super accommodating hosts, Camilo and Veronica. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, hot dishes and more. Centrally located to see all of what Rome offers. In a word: Perfetto! We will return!

From the moment you enter the premises of this magnificent building very close to most of the historic sites you came to see, you are unsure of your surroundings until the door opens to this beautiful entrance and smiles which greet you. It is an OMG moment! Camillo & Veronica are amazing people. Right away we connected with them and they have a way of making you feel like you are friends from the past. We are in the same business in South Africa, and we have learned so much from their skills, even though we are "old timers" at it. Their home is inviting, beautifully decorated and every attention to detail was thought of. Their breakfast is always spot on and all their offerings are fresh and hand picked by Veronica at the daily market, I can attest to this personally. Without a doubt, you will also be impressed, as all their guests have been. Room #1 was supurb! "Just Book It"!

Спасибо огромное Камилло за радушный приём! Всё было восхитительно!!! За кристальную чистоту и идеальный декор номера нужно присвоить мишленовскую звезду!!! Завтрак отличный! До центра минут 20-ть пешком, до жд вокзала 5 минут на автобусе или такси. Косметика в номере класса Lux. Если вернёмся в Рим, то только с остановкой у Камилло
