I don't know how the facility is, because we never got in. We walked from the train station, but no one answered the door. A lady approached us and said she was the owner's friend and that he had overbooked the rooms. She said he had made arrangements for us to stay with her, but the owner never communicated this to us. He said he couldn't find me on WhatsApp and so had messaged me on ******* instead, but every other host had found me easily on WhatsApp, and I never received any messages through *******. I was uncertain about staying with a stranger, but we took a chance, and she drove us 4km out of town and didn't tell us we were staying in her house with her and her 2 cats. We had paid extra for breakfast, so she said she would cook for us in the morning. The entire situation was inappropriate and poorly handled, and while the lady was very nice, we booked a different room and took the metro and then a bus to stay at an actual B&B that we knew we could trust. Miserable night, I don't recommend staying here.

First, I would say that the service (room and breakfast), and the person in charge, is very professional (thank you a lot Alessandro !). Now there is much to say about the management of the booking and the way the manager handles customer care. For this part, is at best sloppy if not dishonest. In my case, I learned, by a third party, saturday that the room I was occupying at been already promised to another client and that I was to go elsewhere monday morning. I agreed but sent a message to the owner, telling him that I hoped this will an isolate incident and he did assure me, that it would be. Tuesday morning, the janitor informed me, that I had to leave my room, this same day in order to accomodate other customers. The poor man seemed embarassed, told me He was sorry... I had just 2 nights left, so I agreed. But still a booking is not game of musical chairs and mister Schiano as no consideration for his customers.

Excelente alojamiento, atendido de manera estupenda por Evelyn. Desayuno muy completo, te lo llevan a la habitación. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda para una pareja con 2 niños. El balcón da un espacio adicional. Aire acondicionado, refrigerador, pava eléctrica y tés de cortesía. Limpieza todos los días. El baño privado (fuera de habitación, con llave) muy espacioso. La ubicación a 2 cuadras de estación Metro Manzoni muy cómoda para moverse a los principales lugares turísticos. Una mención especial a Evelyn que nos escribió antes de la llegada para recibirnos, y nos pidió el taxi para ir a la estación. Gracias!

Realmente fue muy cálida la estancia, nos sentimos cómodos y excelentemente atendidos. Mención especial para Ewelin que hizo que sea posible vivirlo de esta forma. Todo super limpio, el desayuno es muy completo y muy bien presentado. Muchas gracias! Vamos a recomendarlo.

soggiorno gradevole, pulito e la signora che si occupa delle pulizie e della colazione è molto gentile e disponibile. Il proprietario dovrebbe investire negli infissi, perche il rumore la mattina presto dalla strada e veramente tanto tanto, e nella doccia arriva difficilmente l'acqua calda

ESPERIENZA PESSIMA!!! prenoto telefondando direttamente al gestore tal signor Felice dicendo ho un piccolo cagnolino e una mamma di 92 anni, vorrei una stanza con bagno in camera. Mi propone la stanza con balcone, ringrazio ed accetto. Arrivo, trovo il bagno privato ma fuori, il che vuol dire, di notte, alzarmi per accompagnare mia mamma. Telefonate infinite e proposta di appoggiarmi nella camera con bagno esterno per poi cambiare. Mi appoggio ma dopo mezzora ho necessità di cambiarmi ed usare un bagno mi viene detto che avremmo cambiato stanza nel pomeriggio. Pago, poi ricevo un messaggio sgarbatissimo lei ha portato un cane senza dirlo (bugia!!!!!!) quindi non pu cambiare stanza e deve dare 10 euro, Pagato subito ma MAI PIU'!!!!!!!
