The JK Roma Hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and understated elegance, offering a refined yet inviting atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the reception and concierge team with warmth and professionalism—friendly without being intrusive. The hotel exudes a sense of class and distinction while maintaining a homey, comfortable feel that never comes across as overly bougie. Its thoughtful design makes it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and productivity, with cozy yet chic spaces perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. Tucked just off the bustling city center, it’s steps away from the iconic Via Condotti shopping and Rome’s must-see sights, blending convenience with an air of exclusivity. The concierge team including Enzo and others at reception - Anna and Francesco - helped me the perfect room and even got me an appointment for a Blowdry! Despite its luxurious nature, the hotel feels intimate and unpretentious, a sanctuary amidst the city’s energy. Plus, its location makes it an easy 45-minute trip to FCO airport. It’s everything you could want in a Roman escape—sophisticated, serene, and perfectly positioned.

We had a two night stay at the J.K. place Roma and wow! The hotel is absolutely fantastic! On a quiet street, great location near the Spanish steps and the Pantheon (and reasonable walking distance to the Vatican and St Peter’s) , the hotel provided a perfect place for our visit. The staff (concierge(s), wait staff, bell, etc) all went out of their way to make our stay extra special. The hotel restaurant fare (we had one dinner and two breakfasts) was delicious. The hotel was a splurge (in terms of price point) but well worth it. We highly recommend. Our thanks to J.K. Roma for a memorable stay!

Located in a convenient, excellent part of Rome. Elegant, stylish, comfortable and welcoming, the hotel itself is extraordinary but what's even more impressive is the staff, all of whom are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. We ran into an issue with a local tour guide and they pulled out all the stops to help us resolve our issue and make sure that our plans went off without a hitch. Can't wait to go back to Rome, largely because of our outstanding experience with JK Place Rome

This was an amazing start for a trip of a lifetime. We were welcomed to JK Place for a very early arrival from our flight. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Since we arrived well before check in time we were helped to leave our luggage and just check in-but not any check in. The JK Place Hotels we have stayed in have you sit in a lovely living room type setting, served us tea, and were warmly greeted by the GM Ann Marie. I will say this, when a GM presents oneself to the guest (as opposed to having a note welcoming one to the hotel left in the room) you know you’re in some place special. The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood near the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon and we walked everywhere during our two days in Rome. Our room was to die for, a fully stocked mini bar refrigerator with snacks and a bottle of wine was complementary. The snacks were in their “Branded” glass jars. The bathroom was marble with a toilet and bidet and huge glass shower. The bedroom was sumptuous and we had a converter provided by the hotel to charge our phones etc. These are the things we loved: The restaurant/bar off the lobby is one of the tops in it’s category whether in Rome or anywhere else (and we’ve visited the top hotels recently including JK Place Capri-also wonderful) What jumps out is the quiet luxury of this understated Hotel. Imagine lidded glass jars of licorice, pastel gourmet marshmallows, white Jordan Almonds to name a few-presented at the entry of the Bar! This in install shows the attention to detail of the Hotel owner and General Manager. I also want to thank the entire staff for their spot on service. Don’t miss the Breakfast!

This is an outstanding hotel. The location is superb and every request is met with a resounding “yes!” We stayed 3 nights and will absolutely stay at this property again. The hotel provides top notch service. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk. The concierge team does a terrific job.

Extremely nice hotel. The infrastructure is amazing, the rooms spotless clean, attention to every detail, bed nice and comfortable. Staff exceptionally kind, speaking various languages, breakfast is varied and with high quality ingredients. We couldn’t ask for more.

What an amazing boutique hotel with the most fabulous staff that you will ever encounter. We have stayed in many top end hotels across the world but I must say this was up there with the best. The service in particular was exemplary and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. So many little things that made a huge difference (eg free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in room replenished daily). Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Ideally positioned in a quieter location only a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and 10/15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city. Colosseum and Vatican were probably a 30 minutes walk more or less. Room rate was not cheap compared to other cities but in line with other fine establishments in the city. We did get a free room upgrade which was a very nice touch. Would 100% highly recommend and stay here again.

Terrific service and immaculate rooms. Food is excellent and the staff are fantastic. The bathrooms are gorgeous/the location is close to everything- walking distance to the Spanish steps. Quiet area but steps from all the action. Stayed there as the end of a fabulous trip and I can’t wait to go back!

We had such a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived early at 7am in Rome with no sleep, the team at JK Place had our room ready SO early for us! That was a real relief. They assisted us throughout out stay with dinner recommendations and shopping suggestions. They could not have been more helpful! The service for breakfast was so cheery and the breakfast food was delicious! We will be back for sure.

I LOVED JK Place. Every detail was perfect and the staff and service was some of the best I have experienced. Our room was small but perfectly appointed and every person at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, great location, staff was really special and the ambiance was spectacular. Concierge service was one of the best in the world. They planned and offered perfect ideas based on what we wanted. Atmosphere was great! Hotel bar and dining was easy yet elegant and refined. First time in Rome and the JK place made it special and easy to navigate.

Terrible service quality, especially for Vatican visits in June. Easily the worst hotel experience we've had in Europe. The level of tourist services here doesn't even come close to what we've experienced in Paris and London. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the fact that Rome and the Vatican were our most anticipated visits.
