I chose two separate beds, but in the end I got a room with one bed. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or the booking service's, but I didn't bother to sort it out when I checked in, because I didn't want to ruin my relationship with the hotel.

This hotel cannot have four stars. The room was furnished as simply as possible, there was mold in the bathtub in the bathroom. We had only two paper cups available in the room (this can be in the motel), which were not changed even once during our 4-day stay. There wasn't even enough toilet paper in the room, and the hotel staff knew about everything and went to the room every day. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee from the machine - hotel coffee is known for its poor quality, but what they offered their clients in this hotel was worse than the coffee from the machine at the nearby metro station. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, the services and facilities of the hotel are at the level of 2-3 stars. In the context of these experiences, the price of more than €700/2 persons/3 nights is absurd. Never ever.

They use wrong room photos that not match real ones. I’ve chose the room with jacuzzi on balcony, but didn’t get, because those rooms was booked and my was without because of their mistake and they don’t want to solve it. This is not Mercury hotel or Accor ones, service about zero.

出差來到羅馬，天氣非常棒，吃的東西很多，經典非常多，可惜出差比較忙，衹能匆匆一瞥，但酒店還是非常好的，休息的非常好，

房屋內蠻整潔，內部空間緊湊。離地鐵站走9分鐘左右，地鐵去景點很方便

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз. Расположение далековато от центра, но в этом его плюс. Часть отдыха проживали в номере стандарт, так как ценник был ужасный, он конечно отличается от комфорта. Завтрак норм, но яйца всегда холодные, это какая-то беда этого отеля. Рядом ресторан для местных сан марино, там их 2, не перепутайте, нужен где работают милые дедушки, цена-качество огонь.

Hotel accogliente, elegante, personale gentile, stanze pulite e con tutti i confort

Очень понравился отель, потрясающие завтраки , вкусно , от йогурта до горячего, фрукты помимо простых яблок, груш и мандарин - дыня , ананас , киви. Все очень вкусно, сервис прекрасный - попросили открыть бутылку из магазина , помимо того, что открыли Даль ведерко со льдом в номер . Номер чистый , симпатичный ! Район красивый , почти везде бродили пешком . Спасибо , все очень понравилось !!!

早餐很豐富，前台接待也好。設施完善，還有浴盆，雖然沒怎麼用，但是看起來還是很不錯的。提供去機場的約車服務，很方便。

住宅街の真ん中にあり閑静な雰囲気です。 歩いて5分でスーパーがいくつかあり、メトロまでも10分以内です。 部屋には冷蔵庫とお水がありました。

Belle chambre belle salle de bain et terrasse très grande avec jacuzzi, assez compliqué de se servir du jacuzzi mais c’était très bien

非常不滿意！ 本來續住一晚攜程都已確認訂單 ，被前台取消！ 人家付的房費我們也付了也可以多付 但酒店還是讓我們退房 讓給老外在酒店 吵半天浪費一天的行程。最終攜程客服還是讓我們退房！ 非常不愉快的一天！ 不建議此酒店！
