Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica

This an excellent hotel, the staff is very attentive and its got a central location. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything is brand new. The roof terrace has amazing views. The food is excellent and the breakfast service was especially good.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome - location simply couldn’t be better. An easy walk to all the key sites. The staff are amazingly friendly and went the extra mile after my husband busted his ankle in rome. Special mention to the front desk and the door man who always greeted us warmly and were amazingly helpful throughout. They also have the best cappuccino i’ve ever tasted in my life! i’d recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation. The rooftop bar has amazing views and the breakfast was great too. Rooms are very comfortable and well fitted.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at for customer service , the team helped booked all our restaurants and day trips. The staff were so attentive and helpful- such a rarity these days! The hotel is new, modern and cosy, with lovely personal touches.

How to review, when you can't even make a booking? *Nine times* I've tried to confirm a reservation from overseas. 4 times the portal blanked. 3 times I have tried ringing, and been promised teams would action and "get back to me" by email and phone, which hasn't happened. Finally reached out to Radisson by email and got back an incredible email, full of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors, to the point I thought it was a scam/phishing attempt. It also completely failed to understand the issue, and did not resolve it. It has been weeks of this. This is not even remotely justifiable service at this price point. Shame we'll never get to experience the venue, at this rate.

Just back from rome and what a fantastic stay. Hotel is brand new. Everywhere was clean, modern and beautiful decor. Cannot fault our stay, the staff cannot do enough for you. So attentive and lots of lovely touches, for example; dressing gowns and slippers in room, lots of lovely toilteries, mini bar, shoe horn, umbrella, hairdryer. The bath tub is HUGE and shower is powerful. Every night someone can to turn down our bed, give us fresh water and pillow spray - what a beautiful experience, we loved getting back from dinner to that. We were bed and brekfast so every morning there was a wide choice of meats, cheeses, bread, juices, fresh patseries and hot drinks. You can then request eggs or other hot items from your server. We didnt have lunch or dinner but not for any reason other than lots of places to eat in room but heard amazing things about lunch or dinner. Location is PERFECT, we visited all the noted landmarks and walked everywhere, hotel is very central. Although on a main road the evenings were quiet and we slept so well in the huge bed and comfy bedding. Must visit there rooftop bar, after a busy day, head up there have a drink and unwind - simply perfect and lots of seating. I never leave a trip advisor review and was nervous about staying here after no reviews when booking but so glad I did. They honestly cannot do enough for you. So so attentive. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when visiting rome. :)

We’ve had a great experience during our stay at the Radisson Collection Roma Antica. We checked in on the opening day of the hotel - the excitement from the staff was very visible, and we felt extremely welcome from the moment we stepped into the building. We were upgraded to a panoramic corner room with a huge terrace and amazing views. We barely wanted to leave the terrace! While there were some minor hiccups during our stay (expected as the hotel has just opened), they got all quickly resolved by the helpful staff. The selection at breakfast was quite simple, as the buffet was a bit small - but there was a decent a la carte selection to compensate for that. A must-try is the hotel’s rooftop bar with great drinks and panoramic views of Rome in almost every direction. While quite empty during our stay, we are sure that it will soon become very popular. My special thanks go to Giulia, who’s helped a lot with the planning of our trip, and also helped organize a little surprise for my partner in the room.

Hotel bem localizado. Atendimento de excelência. Serviço de quarto 24h. Quarto espaçoso com cama king super confortável. Banheiro com várias amenities, pensadas para melhor atender aos hóspedes. Café da manhã muito bom e bar com rooftop. Ficaria hospedada em uma próxima visita a Roma, com certeza !!!

Ci sono stati per un aperitivo in terrazza. Offerta normale dei vini e bibite non hanno una formula aperitivo ma si ordina alla carta. Mi ha molto deluso il calice di vino €14 per due dita di vino. Forse quantità degustazione anziché aperitivo.

Siamo stati nel rooftop per un aperitivo tra amici. Bellissima location con vista su Piazza Venezia, consigliatissima al tramonto perché l'atmosfera é veramente impagabile. Offerta drinks ottima, cocktails buonissimi e personale super gentile :) consigliatissimo
