The facilities in the hotel are complete, worthy of a five-star hotel. The view from our room is the most beautiful. You can clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain both in the morning and evening. All the staff are helpful in every way. They recommend good local restaurants and take us to there and the old town. They also send us to the train station. Everything we got from this hotel is perfect and excellent. If anyone is looking for a hotel with a beautiful view of the Jade Dragon Mountain, you must book this hotel. It is a five-star beauty. We are so impressed with the service & this place. The location is amazing & they had coffee shop on top of the mountain. They provided free pick up and drop off from Lijiang AND they also gave free ride to the Yulong Snow Mountain. The staffs went above and beyond to help us with everything including booking the cable car ticket. They can speak English which were very helpful as we cannot speak Mandarin. Highly recommend this to everyone!!

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in with the best service level. Everyone including Liao Miao, Potato, Yi Yu and Pineapple were welcoming, polite and professional. The breakfast was well arranged in advance and on the spot. The room had an AI function that could easily turn on and off all the lights and curtains. The afternoon snacks and drinks were delicious and varied. Resupply was fast. Just send a message on WeChat and they will respond accordingly. They also have many other services that I think are good value for money. Pickup and drop off at the train station. Pickup and drop off to the nearest town for a stroll. They also have a laundry service to wash and dry your clothes for you. There was also entertainment in the evening, which really created a warm and family atmosphere. The room was quiet as it is not close to the town. The view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the window was amazing.
