She called in advance to let me know that the location was difficult to find, and told me the detailed location on WeChat. She also provided pillows in advance and put them in the room in advance. After arriving, we did not ask the staff to park the car, but drove to the parking lot by ourselves. The security guards in the underground parking lot were very enthusiastic to help guide the parking spaces and help take the luggage to the elevator. The suite I booked is two separate rooms with a separate corridor. The room is spacious and clean, and fruit plates and snacks are prepared. There is also a children's exclusive toiletries set. When I opened the night room at night, I also received a facial mask, snacks and drinks. In the morning, because I got up late and my child had online classes, Elsa arranged for breakfast to be delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant for lunch at noon, and even the chef who cooked noodles was very enthusiastic. After checking out, Elsa also greeted me and prepared souvenirs. This is a very recommended hotel, and the service exceeds that of many five-star hotels. I will choose here next time I come to Guiyang.

Strategically located on level 41, the hotel overlooks Guiyang's landmarks such as the Guiyang Huaguoyuan Twin Towers and the White House, eateries, bus stops and metro station are all within walking distance. The family room was spacious and clean, featuring a mahjong table! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to taste the freshly ground coffee as we arrived after 10:00 pm. The friendly and efficient young female receptionist welcomed guests with fruits and snacks, and showed the available room types for our friends to choose from.

This is a great hotel to stay in with amazing views and amenities. It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is always helpful and I’m so glad I met Shauna (Wang Cong). She was very helpful and was able to speak fluent English (which is really helpful when your Chinese isn’t the best)

We were traveling in Guiyang and found Poly Hot Spring. The first thing we felt was that the price was cheap, the inside was really good, and the price/performance ratio was very high. We stayed there for 3 nights and recommended it to a friend, who said it was really good. The customer service service at the front desk is very good. We are not familiar with Guiyang. The customer service lady named Song patiently recommended us Guiyang travel guide and added chicken drumsticks to the lady🍗

The B&B is really beautiful, I like this design style. The only drawback is that it is close to the mountain and wetland, and there are many insects. Of the two rooms I booked, the room on the second floor is better than the courtyard room on the third floor, and the toilet in the courtyard room is not well ventilated. It would be better if the breakfast could be richer.
