"Travelling through Roma on our way to Carnarvon Gorge, our family of four stayed here for one night. Our 2 bedroom unit was new, clean and beds were comfy! Hosts also provided dining vouchers for the Club hotel for dinner which we used. Only draw-back is the proximity to the main road as the traffic woke us up a couple of times during the night. Highly recommended"

Overlander Homestead Motel

"We did not stay at the Overlander Motel, we stayed at the Explorers Inn across the road. Their restaurant was not open on Sunday night, so we wandered across to the Overlander Motel which looked lovely. We were surprised to get the only table left in the restaurant called "Carriages" and were then told they are fully booked EVERY night. When we saw the restaurant, it was lovely - each table set with a white lacy tablecloth, the decorations were crystal. When we saw the menu, We were no longer surprised they had a full house every night. It was special! and the food delivered to our table was mouthwateringly excellent. we booked on the spot for tomorrow night as well. The ladies serving were such a pleasure and looked after us totally too. we were there in July 2025."

"Everything was perfect. Inviting. Clean. Lovely bed. Great tv. Lovely spacious bathroom. Great people. Very kind. We walked to town great food. The town of Roma was a great place to stop. It’s a lively town made better by the motel Carnarvon. Thank you so much for your hospitality."
