No towels in room, stucco from ceiling falling off, burn holes in everything ncluding the curtains! I went to a different hotel that was $25 dollars cheaper and 10x better. Would NOT recommend.

Dirty roach infested broken down stinking room nasty dirty floors broken tiles broken bathroom tub and handles. Couldn’t lock the doors..rented a no smoking room and got a heavily odor smoking room..My best guess is it needs to be closed and completely cleaned and renovated before opening. Worst experience ever

Very old buildings, bathroom not very clean and in need of update

Kinda gross.,stairwell smelled like pee. Shower was brownish yuk. Cheapo hotel so for what I paid for I guess

There were burn holes on the comforter. Flecks of some nature on the sheets. No pillow cases on stained brown pillows. Toilet seat not attached to the toilet. I asked for a refund and was told to contact *******, although I paid at this place. I’ve never had this type of experience at a hotel I booked through *******.

Tried to call office...person answered could not speak english...a/c did not work...cleaner left old razor from previous guest in bathroom...bedroom and bathroom way out dated...

very friendly staff.... reserved smoking room on app but when i got there he was nice enough to switch me to non smoking.... room.was nice and clean inside...

You know you are in a sketchy place when they have to buzz you in to get to the front desk for check-in. The beds had burn holes in the comforters and the sheets were filthy. We did not even sleep in the beds but rather on top of them. The beds only have those decorative pillows also. We did not see any bugs, thankfully. The other guests were loud and up all night, right outside our door. The area is loud with motorcycles, trucks, etc. If you have a chance to stay elsewhere, I suggest you do so.

Filthy... This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We wouldn't even use the sheets. I could not use the pillows they were very stained felt so nasty. The "non-smoking" room had burn marks in the comforters and on the chairs. I would not use the shower it was disgusting and even had used soap bars left in the shower.

They have done some remodeling and the rooms look so much better. The beds are comfortable.
