"Amenities are good. The little things that matters most should be checked, like towel replacement. As our towel got soaking wet in the pool, we requested a replacement but, the receptionist mentioned that they’re not into replacing towels which is part of hygiene, especially we have a kid who has sensitive skin. Also, there should be a rug available at each room as the room will get wet after swimming which can cause wet bed and floors."

I am not a smoker but I got 2nd hand smoke by walking the hallway. Maybe they could transfer the smoking area on the lot away from the rooms and walkways."

"Visited Estancia de Lorenzo yesterday, May 1, and dined at Lorenzo’s Modern Filipino Cuisine. We arrived during peak hours, which we understand but our order took more than 1 hour to arrive. After waiting so long, we were already starving. What made it worse was that there wasn’t even a small snack or anything to nibble on while waiting, especially knowing the wait time would be that long. Another issue was the aircon leaking directly onto the couch where we were seated. When we informed the staff, the response was quite passive, he just mentioned it was because of the aircon and said they could turn it off if we wanted (which, of course, isn’t really a solution). He could have at least offered to transfer us to another table, especially since there were already available seats at that time. I even had to suggest placing a container to catch the water so the couch and us wouldn’t get wet. The pancit malabon came first, but we couldn’t even eat immediately because there were no utensils yet. We were so hungry at that point, I honestly almost ate using my hands just to have a fill. Overall, we’ve stayed here a couple of times already, but this experience was disappointing. The place has potential, but the service and attention to guests really need improvement."

"The hotel is easily found near the highway. Public transportation in the area mainly relies on tricycles; taxis are almost nonexistent, so foreigners like us who came from afar would definitely need to rent a car. The hotel is quite secluded and not crowded, but you can easily find staff to help you if needed. You can enjoy a relaxing time here. Recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and hammocks are available. The rooms are like detached villas; I thought the room size was quite good, with air conditioning, windows, and toiletries provided. However, the water in the bathroom stayed cold even after I left it running for a long time. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant, featuring eggs, fried sausages, fried spring rolls, pickled vegetables, and rice. The food is good, but it's the same every day. However, considering the convenience, being able to get up early for a hearty breakfast every day is quite nice. The staff are very helpful and welcoming; overall, it's a great place to stay."
