Kamar bersih, pelayanan front desk ramah. Restoran dan bar tutup tetapi tepat di seberang jalan dari pabrik tembakau dan makanan serta lingkungannya luar biasa! Lokasi bagus dan area aman untuk berjalan-jalan juga! Kami pasti akan kembali!

Saya benar-benar menikmati fasilitas dan berharap untuk tinggal lain.

Staff was very Accommodating and helpful. They were very informative about the area and sites to check out. We will diffenently be back. Thanks for everything.

We have stayed at the Berkeley a number of times over the past three years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Our room was definitely in need of an update. Very small bathroom with an old toilet that was very low and because of a makeshift wicker stand you nearly need to straddle the toilet. I moved it out of the bathroom. The restaurant was open which was great but when we asked for a second small cup of coffee we were told we would have to pay additional. We walked across the hall, filled our cup for free in the lobby and returned. I asked for milk for my coffee and was told that they would need to charge me for it. Ultimately they did not. I hope the screen in the lobby showing modern room updates means that is exactly what they are doing because it is in need of this.

The hotel was amazing. We even did apps and drinks at the hotel and Chris was an amazing bartender. Would say again.

The restaurant on the property was a bust. We came in, the second only table. The waitress sat down with the other guests, the bartender greeted us but made drinks and attended to the other guests. She could have brought us water first and told us how long the wait was. We felt silly sitting so long and went to another restaurant.

The staff is super friendly. However, the hotel is Not a 4 star hotel anymore. The hotel offers very little amenities. The roads are terrible, parking is very a hugh problem. The bed and pillows need to be replaced. I understand they are making inprovements to the room. It needs to happen faster.

The stay was very nice. However, the matress/box spring was very soft. Not sure if it was out of date, or just very soft. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

They are in the process of updating the rooms, the staff was excellent, there a great coffee and juice bar a few doors down.

Very gracious and welcoming staff. In walking distance to the Convention Center. Interesting historic neighborhood.

Everyone was very accommodating and the on site restaurant was excellent, if a bit pricey. The only issue we had was the sofa bed was uncomfortable but the regular bed was very comfortable. Water pressure is strong and the temperature was perfect. Room service from the onsite restaurant was quick and convenient.

This was a beautiful and elegant facility. The staff was so kind and helpful with check-in/out, refreshments, and questions towards anything we thought important.
