Ulasan Travelodge Hotel by Wyndham Vancouver Airport

So so, not so I Impressive

I encountered cockroaches in my room. I advised the front desk who said he would tell housekeeping. I told him that I should be compensated for my unpleasant stay. He gave me a business card for a Supervisor. I called the nice lady and she said they would give me a discount and upgrade on my next stay. Fair enough! I have called back twice to rebook my next stay two times. The excuse I keep getting is she does not have a price list for that date and she would call/ email me back. That has been a couple of weeks. I don't think they take their guests seriously which has prompted this review. Would not stay at this hotel, room 301 because of Cockroaches.

Everything was good except for the water. I dont know if its because my room was at the top floor (11th floor) that the water pressure couldnt make the shower flow properly but the water pressure was so low that i cant even take a proper shower. That was my only issue.

Quiet, good parking, nice pool and hot tub( could have been warmer) beds comfortable- will stay again

This hotel needs to do better. I often found myself having a lot of difficulty opening my hotel room because of the complex nature of the card key. On the card, it simply said to insert this card and then take it out, but it didn't specify for how long. I tried doing it too fast. It didn't work. I tried doing slower. It didn't work. So I think they should change the method. Furthermore I booked this hotel on this platform, Trip.com. It said that this hot has laundry services, but then upon arrival, the people working at the front desk told me that there was no laundry service. To meet this seems like false advertising, and that's unacceptable. I hope that all responsible parties can and will do better.

Don’t be fooled, there free breakfast is a muffin, piece of fruit, and a granola bar to go - from the front desk.

Nothing was working like tv hair dryer. Looks like a very old building with a very old fashoined stinky rooms.

The outside of the hotel was Rather unkept. The staff were  pleasant and helpful

did not mind the hotel the room was good i missed breakfast as it shuts down by 10 it should be 11 this i also should have known the last few times it was a bagged lunch so was not really missing much what i did not like was they started charging a parking fee of 10 dollars i have never seen security out there its not indoors and i saw no plug ins this does not impress me at all not saying i wont be back but i am saying i will look around more when searching for a spot to stay

Was great to be so close to the airport after my flight was delayed it was clean, comfortable and quiet

The place is under-staffed. Be prepared to wait in long lines for checking in.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had visible dust, grime in the bathroom, and stains on the bedding.

Oh my God. The toilet is too smelly and not cleaned. Swimming pool and gym are permanently closed. They charged a lot of fees.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. Please pay attention to replacing the shampoo left by previous guests (it seemed to have been diluted with water for some reason). The room is decent with no unpleasant odors. It’s conveniently located near the Canada Line station and Vancouver Airport. The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving issues. If you’re looking for accommodation near the airport, this place is worth considering.
