Easy and smooth check-in. About 20 mins walking from the city centre to the guest house, amenities were more than expected.

A 10 walk to the city center but a nice location and a decent price

Good location, near Oxford centre and St Clements where all the restaurants and bus stops are. Didn't get the check in details so had to phone up to obtain them. Check in was easy once I got the details. The room had everything you need - fridge, iron, microwave, desk, chair. Bathroom was super small though.

酒店位置在牛津市中心，距離公交站走路大約10分鐘的位置，公交站附近有幾家連鎖超市，還是比較方便的。房間內提供了冰箱和微波爐，暖氣熱度很足。衞生間下水比較慢，洗澡的時候稍不注意水就會漫出來。

距市區稍微遠了點，整體不錯。

This guest house is definitely not four star. A work colleague and myself booked two rooms here through my University. We were not sent a check in code in advance which meant we couldn't get in the guest house when we arrived. Admittedly, this might have been the fault of the University booking system but it took an hour, standing outside the guesthouse trying to commicate through a mixture of the intercom and phone to sort it out and get our room keys. Luckily it was summer and there were two of us, otherwise this would have been both uncomfortable and dangerous. The rooms are more like a hostel - done out with the cheapest possible materials. My bathroom stank of cabbage/drains and both bedside lights were broken in my colleagues room so she had to make do with the ceiling striplight. Definitely not worth the cost and one to steer clear of.

Booked through ******* For £68 Would not allow refund of change of Date as gig I was going to cancelled. Also scammed me with some £30 waiver fee I had to select so £98 down. Really avoid this place data grabbing money grabbing scum. Will never recommend this place or ******* to anyone roll on Algorithm world

I loved staying here! I’ve been meaning to leave a review since staying here in early January for three nights. The room was clean and felt very cosy. Having a kettle, microwave and fridge was so useful - all worked well and it meant I didn’t have to spend as much money on food. I can’t speak for the kitchen facilities because I didn’t end up using them but even within the room there was enough to make life easier. It was also well supplied with a cup and saucer, cutlery etc. The bed was also comfortable and I slept really well each night. The only very slight issue was that the TV didn’t really work (all of the channels were pixelating/breaking up and unwatchable) but I didn’t want to watch TV badly enough to contact anyone so that wasn’t a problem for me. If I had wanted to contact help I would have known exactly who to contact though because there was a very helpful book in the room with information and numbers. The WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well too. Checking in and out was very easy - I was a little nervous as I’d never stayed anywhere with self check in before, but the process was really straightforward. I’d also like to note that I was here as a young woman on my own and unfamiliar with the area, and I felt very safe here - the door locked easily and it was peaceful and quiet. I felt right at home. Overall this was lovely and great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again if I need to come to Oxford again and would recommend it to others too. Thank you :)

Very poor presentation and de illy. Misleading photos , if you expect a confortable and pleasant bright slick ensuite think again . This is an old and tired den with damaged all around and a hair in the sink :(( couldn’t recommended. Not even bother to reply to my complaint and abrupt answered over the phone . Rubbish

The first person we fell in love is the manager Daniel Kiss. even we have never got a chance to meet him in person. Very pleasant and helpful with booking our stay. Always replied our email promptly. The second person is his colleague. It’s a shame we never got his name. Very helpful and friendly upon check in. Love smiling ☺️. Helped us retrieve key and open the door to our hotel. The room is very big and clean. It has everything you need inside the room. Even microwave. Plates and utensils. Bathroom is very clean. We stayed at the main floor. Not noisy even our room is facing main road. There’s a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. My husband and I enjoy walking. So We walked all the way to the city center and basically walk as far as our legs can take us. We will definitely go back again and highly recommended. Shame I don’t have any photos of the hotel.

Altogether a very good experience, particularly at the price: a very clean room in every detail, white towels and sheets immaculate, tea & coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, even a foldaway table and dining chairs. A small but efficient bathroom with sharp lighting. A good location for the city centre and a peaceful interior environment -ideal for business or leisure visits. Unobtrusive but friendly and welcoming staff.

The rooms are clean and fresh and offer a range of facilities including a microwave and a fridge. One thing missing is a plate and cutlery to eat with. Tea and coffee were left which is great. The room itself was small but fine for one person. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of plug sockets to use my laptop and charge my phone. The bathroom and shower were adequate and easy to use. Thank you for a nice stay :)
