Staff are not useful, not that friendly and barely understand English. Had issues at check in, requested 2 extra towels and was told that will cost me. Had issues with the fridge and the room could have been cleaned better

First impressions weren’t great, we arrived at night and as the hotel is side on to the main road, it didn’t look open. No lights that could be seen. But once you arrive at check in, the couple running the hotel were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed…. Clean, beds very comfy, bathroom very modern and best shower ever! We had a triple room, 1 king and 1 single. Toaster, tea making facilities in the room. It was an airport overnight stay for us and as 15 mins from tullamarine it was perfect. The kitchen was closed at the hotel, didn’t serve breakfast. There is a hotel up the road but they didn’t seem to offer breakfast either so that was the the main downfall. However there is a service station about 5 mins walk for snacks. You’d need a car if staying here as a base to see the sights.

This should be called a badly run motel in relation to cleanliness, customer service and health and safety. Mould was all over the bathroom that has a small and slippery bath tub and unsafe rails. I honestly thought I was somewhere in a 3rd world country. Night manager did not have any customer service experience but did have bad customer service. I would like to say more bad things about this place but this space is limited. I will never stay at this place and I wish I can get a refund for that bad night and health issues I had to deal with mothballs smell at the reception and in my room and a noisy fridge with a jug of water ( not bottle water) that has been in the fridge for quiet sometime.

Despite advertising and being able to prepay breakfast they do NOT serve breakfast. I had to contact ******* to be refunded. Motel was modern and clean.

Clean rooms and good parking. Restaurant not functioning.

Last minute booking...Lady at front desk was lovely. Toilet seat was broken so had to be careful when we went to the loo. Bed okay but covers not comfortable as had to creep lower in the bed to be covered enough. Restaurant being renovated so a bit sad it wasn't open. Toiletries sparce for two people. Only had 1 shampoo and conditioner for two females with long hair. Curtains didn't keep morning light out either as room was really bright in the morning.

No issues at all, the shower head was spitting water out the top of the head Just letting you know

AC is b verry efficient Great on a hot evening

Quiet, easy to get to, good value. Was disappointed that details of my drivers licence was copied into your system. Hopefully those details have been deleted as requested after I had departed. Chris
