This sogo needs a lot of work. Staff is confused and the Wifi is horrible. But the worst part is No Hot water !!!.. The staff can not get their act together ! The elevator is broken to the parking garage and they have the wires pulled out trying to get it to work.. Dangerous Situation ! The owner needs to know the problems and fix these issues !

さすがに大手チェーンホテル。ゆっくり休める。悪いトコは無い。特筆すべきはポーター君が良かった。感謝です。5つ星ホテルのポーターより、私的にはイイと思います。ひょっとすると、彼が素晴らしかったのかな？ありがとうございました
