I’ve been to had no place to park motorcycles for security reasons and then if you did, they want to charge you $20 to park at where they could see it"

"The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly. I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm."

"This is the best time to stay in a hotel in Reno. The hotel room is large and new, and there is no unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel buffet is reasonably priced. Although there are not many types, it is fresh and delicious! I will go to this hotel again when I go to Reno again!"

"As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel."

"First of all when booking the room through trip advisor, they made it convenient by having an option box for requests like near elevator or away from, corner room or no corner room etc. And you could type in any other requests no guarantee but it was an option and my requests were met. We got a room on the 17th floor Tuscany king size bed with jacuzzi tub it also had a walk in shower with dual shower heads and privalte restroom with a phone. Dual sinks with a small t.v. next to the sinks. Some rooms have a Peleton mirror t.v. This was the best place ive ever stayed at. Everything about it truly magnificent. Room service was good spaghetti and meatballs was delicious. Pastries were also delicious they make a better frappe than Starbucks chicken salad and ham sandwich was also great. Customer service was exceptional staff was friendly and competent attentive and made sure youre needs were met. We needed an HDMI cord called the front desk they connected us to tech and they brought it right up. The room wad so beautiful sheets felt smelled and just looked so crisp fresh and clean. They really paid attention to detail when building/ designing this place they had everything you could need or want. And the machines payed out. Drink servers were always checking on you and actually came right back with youre drinks. I could go on and on about how great this place is but you really won't believe how perfect everything was in my opinion until you experience yourself. So beautiful everything about it wad grand. Even the garbage cans were beautiful."
