"Location is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good."

Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her"

"We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, especially the bedding and towels. The shower had great water pressure, and the AC was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight, lots of variety and tasted great. The kitchen setup was fully equipped, clean, and had everything we needed. The only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay, but otherwise, everything was perfect!"
