You can call the front desk to ask for more water and the hotel staff will deliver it to the room. There are many breakfast options and a 24-hour restaurant. There are also more advanced restaurants that require reservations in advance. The food is delicious!"

"I thought it was pleasant, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that the soap was affixed to the wall and not easily removable. It makes it hard to ttake a bath. The location right next to the airport was convenient and there was a mini mart within walking distance. However, no real places to eat or coffee shops within walking distance. They do have e an airport shuttle. The breakfast looked good overall. However my egg white veggie omelette was just okay. It could use a chef’s input to make it more appealing. It had green peppers cheese and onions. I liked that they had some fresh fruit and healthy as well as more decadent options however."

"We had a problem checking in. The hotel said their credit card hadn't been paid. Ctrip was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The hotel staff were also very kind and let us move our luggage upstairs. The room was a bit dated, and the conditioner bottle was empty and not refilled. We checked in late, so we didn't call to request it. The indoor pool is small, and there's no jacuzzi. We stayed for one night."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her"

The next morning, when the restaurant waiter issued the bill, we had to go to the counter to confirm and get the coupons. "If you must stay here, don't go out at night, the surrounding area is very dangerous. I almost went crazy when I went out to find something to eat, so I quickly took an Uber to escape. I asked the driver about the security situation in Reno. The driver said he had lived here for many years and felt that except for the place where I just stood (next to the hotel), it was okay 😅"

Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay."
