"The resort has seen its better days. Our stay did not worth ~5,000 we paid. The room is rather old. Tho the air conditioner functions as it should. The view and location is however beautiful. The wood bridge stretched into the see still in use. Breakfast buffet, tho of minimal choice, is good in taste. Apart from fundamentals (bread, condiments, omelet, coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc.), they served pork porridge, caramelized eggs with pork belly, spicy curry and rice."

"The room and service were decent. Perhaps with the rising prices in Thailand, it doesn't stand out as much anymore. To get to and from the hotel from the pier on the island, you'll need to take a songthaew. It's definitely more convenient to rent a motorbike if you're staying on the island, you can even ride to some small beaches in the south to relax. The hotel's restaurant has a nice ambiance and is good for a fancy meal. I'd recommend a street food stall I found – for about 200 baht per person, including four or five beers, the food was delicious. They even sent a small cake on my birthday night."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and had only positive experiences. It's 500 meters from the pier. We walked there quickly. The beach is about 600 meters away. The street is busy. There are lots of inexpensive cafes. Fruit. There are three 7/11 stores nearby. There's a yellow ATM at the pier and a red one at the beach. Tuk-tuks from the beach take you around the island every hour for 20-30 baht. The hotel has everything you need. Cleaning is available upon request. They bring clean towels, water, coffee, and paper every day. The air conditioning works well. I recommend it! If we go to Samet again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel."

The bed linen is faded from washing but very clean. The hotel's location is superb, right in the middle of the main street. There are two 7-Eleven stores downstairs, and restaurants and the beach are all very close, which is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to walk too far. The price is excellent, and the gentleman at the front desk speaks both Chinese and English. The deposit is 500 baht."

"An absolutely terrible hotel!!! We were only informed on the afternoon of our check-in day that the front desk wasn't 24-hour and would close at 10 PM. This meant we had to rush like crazy after landing to check in by 9 PM (this information should have been provided *before* check-in). The room was incredibly old, with peeling paint around the outlets and on the walls. The most shocking part was the huge number of ants in the room, even on the bed itself!!! As a result, we got bitten and had a severe allergic reaction. We tried calling the hotel, but no one answered, and there was no one available to help. In the end, we had to squeeze into a friend's room. When we reported this to the hotel the next day, they only offered a 50% refund 😡😡😡. This is an incredibly irresponsible hotel."

"Lokasi bagus, mudah ditemukan, di pusat kota, dekat dengan pasar makanan, bersih, akomodasi baru, dipesan tipe Standar, tetapi sekolah harus meningkatkan dan merencanakan manajemen lebih baik dari ini. Soal pelanggan menunggu untuk check in, tiba di hotel jam 13.45, staf menyuruh mereka menunggu kamar selama 20 menit. Kamar belum siap dan mereka akan menelepon untuk memberi tahu mereka jika sudah selesai. Saya mengerti bahwa saya pergi sebelum waktu check-in, tetapi hasil akhirnya adalah duduk dan menunggu selama 1 setengah jam. Seorang anggota staf menelepon untuk memberi tahu saya untuk mengambil kartu kunci untuk memasuki kamar di depan, yang mengharuskan saya untuk melakukannya mengantri dengan pelanggan yang menunggu untuk check-in. Staf tidak menyediakan layanan untuk memisahkan antrean pelanggan. Saat kami bisa masuk ruangan, waktu sudah hampir jam 4 sore, sangat lambat.
