The room is not clean there is noise from the AC no in washroom you have small towel we was 2 and no toothbrush the hair dryer not working. Tv also not working the palce is amazing with the view the reception young man is nice but managment need to check and fix alot

It's not a Hotel it's a disco or bar I mean music everywhere in hotel and the sound if high also no towels you will get only if you ask for it Honestly don't recommend this hotel even against the price because you will not have rest or sleep well

check in process takes time way too long, so it should need improvement

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to wait for 1 hour to check in. Room was dirty with yellow stains on wall and sofas. Broken drain in bathroom, cockroaches roaming freely in the room. Visitors were smoking in lobby and there is loud music that you can hardly rest even in your room. WiFi doesn’t work unless you stand outside your room door. Extremely bad odour in rooms and lobby. There were no towels and yellow water in taps. I had to abandon my four days of booking after just few hours of checking in as was not able to bear all this. I didn’t get any refund, I have now asked for chargeback from my bank. Not recommended at all and families please stay clear of this hotel as you will regret it.

Building is old, so are facilities.
