The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was looking out for me when I was in the pool and there was something a little strange happening in the workout room. She was sure to make me aware. My room needed a little help. There was toilet paper in the toilet and crumbs on the chair.

Ok place to stay. Probably won’t stay again. The bed was the worst part. We picked this place bc we stay at the Baymont in Texas every time we go home and it’s extremely nice and comfortable thinking this would be the same, but wasn’t the case. Different state different stay.

The 1st room I was put in had ants in the bathroom and garbage on the pull out table the refrigerator had food left over from other people. The 2nd room I was put in I woke up with 2 spider bites. I highly recommend DO NOT Stay at this motel!

Charged me a $250 deposit to check in for one night that will be refunded after the room is cleaned.
Used bandaid in the shower. Gross
Have stayed many times as they are close to airport.

Chair & footstool in my room were filthy… ick! No coffeemaker in my room. No screen on the window. Next door room noisy - able to hear snoring thru the walls.

Was really looking forward to staying here this weekend. Spent 10 minutes in the lobby waiting for a receptionist to show up. Was awakened by house keeping knocking on my doors hours before check out. Went to jump in the hot tub and it was ice cold. Figured id get a short cardio work in before showering and checking out, but the eliptical machine was in poor condition.
If i could do this stay over i would have stayed somewhere else.
What a bummer. Probably wouldnt have this same experience if i were ever to stay here again, but i will most likely be staying elsewhere in the future.
