"I don't know why this hotel has so low rating. The location is great, it's clean and has a warm environment, very friendly staff. The breakfast is continental, but it'good enough to start your day. Alot of parking space even for 26' truck. Hot water goes right away, the bath tub was vlean with no spots whatsoever. Iron and hairdryer were in the room. No coffee machine, but at lobbe coffee is available around the clock"

"This hotel is not Super 8; there's no Super 8 branding inside or outside. The English name, Suite Inn, is correct. It took me a while to find the address; it's on a slope. Overall, it was okay. I've already contacted Ctrip customer service to change the Chinese name to avoid misleading anyone."

"I stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience after check-out has been very disappointing. The hotel charged a $100 security deposit, but it has been almost two weeks since I checked out, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the hotel several times by email and phone, but I have received little or no response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Other hotels I stayed at during my trip refunded my deposits within hours or a few days, but this hotel has remained silent. I hope the hotel management will finally respond and return my $100 deposit. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend staying here. Zakir Kassimov"

"The hotel is old and clean. However, when we checked in, we booked two rooms but they said they only booked one. The hotel did not take the initiative to verify and asked us to contact Ctrip in China. It was time-consuming and we checked in very late."

"I booked this room type through your company, Ctrip. At check-in, the front desk informed me that pet-friendly rooms incur an extra charge of $20 USD even without a pet. They said if I didn't want to pay this $20, I needed to change my booking directly with your company. Since I only learned of this on the day of the booking and the order couldn't be changed, my inquiry through your smart assistant only resulted in me contacting the front desk and complying with hotel regulations. As a traveler, I felt like I was being passed around. Later, because it was late and we didn't want to deal with the front desk anymore, we were forced to pay the $20 USD charge. Please assist Ctrip in handling the aforementioned situation and try to get a refund. I checked into room 103. There was no hairdryer in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, they said the hotel didn't have any amenities and I would have to wait for housekeeping to bring one. I showered around 11 PM that day, and housekeeping brought a hairdryer at 1:30 AM. My hair was already naturally dry; did I really need the hairdryer? The service was extremely slow!"

"They have used heavy cleaning chemicals. Rooms smell very strong . Hallway carpets are not clean. Police show up in night. Our blankets have dirty marks. Breakfast is ridiculous. Just a banana and snack. It is a very cheap experience for that price."
