comfort room with a great smell nice staff, but a bit poor at bellboy for several times- slow response and quite ignore to help

Room is clean and comfortable. Close to shopping mall and it provides great breakfast with lots of choices.

Friendly staff, shuttle service provided to travel from hotel to nearby mall, Alberto's Restaurant food was fantastic, gym and pool are both well kept.

Clean and new hotel. Free shuttle to mall every 30mins. Good!

Very nice hotel, and price is really reasonable, except the location is not near Bangkok, but there is a huge Future Park Shopping Mall nearby for various food and shopping needs, nice and clean room, nice gym and pool as well, very relaxing , great breakfast restaurant, great lobby area

Good place to stay near Donmueng. Just 10 min ride from hotel to DMK. Silent and Easy to find foods. Breakfast is variety.

The hotel is in good location ,away from crowded town area. There is a shuttle every half hour to the big mall. However, the front desk receptionist is lack of warmth. She never smile to customers and very lacking of empathy. I told her that my friend is very sick and we asked for late check out. She refused and say we have to wait in the morning to ask. We have 2 rooms and after much persuasion and pleasing , the front desk allow us to keep one room only till 2 pm. When we come back, the housekeeping was not cleaning the other rooms. Should have allow us to keep 2 rooms till 2 pm so that we don't disturb our sick friend. The front desk needs training. This is Accord hotel chain, we expect better services.

It's close to Future Park, and the hotel is large and the rooms are spacious and comfortable

A good experienced hotel. Excellent breakfast. Italian restaurant Alberto’s in the hotel could be better: when you order a spaghetti pommodore and the restaurant offers you a dish without a single fresh tomato, then this kitchen forgets about the basics of Italian cuisine.

Shuttle bus every half hour to the Future Park mall. Would be better if the shuttle bus if it’s umore frequent and longer service hour. Room is amazing, beautiful comfy & clean. Excellent service from front desk & restaurant.

My go-to hotel whenever I visited Bangkok. Clean and spacious room with basic amenities provided. Walking distance to Future Rangsit Park Mall.

Each time I visit Don Meung. This place is my top destination for a good nite sleep. Clean & very up to date facilities. Will come again next trip
