The Eternity Resort

Normally I don't bother to write lengthy reviews of Hotels. But after staying in this resort for 2 days with my family (we have taken 3 rooms in total), I am forced to share my experience so that any future tourists may benefit. Pros: 1. The location. the resort is situated at Pathraatu valley just beside a river, so scenic beauty is abundant. Cons: 1. Everything else. the rooms are in very bad shape. starting from bedsheets to wall, there is visible sign of dust and uncleanliness. There is no Wifi and Intercom. Network of mobile phone is irregular. 2. Horrible service. For example, we have requested for tissue paper three times, yet nobody bothered to deliver it. 3. Average food. little options. inexperienced stuff make the matter worse. In Summary, you are likely to be disappointed if you choose this place to stay during your trip to Ranchi.
