I stayed at this hotel for a few days and was very disappointed with the experience. The facilities at the hotel were not good. I had to call for basic amenities like a shaving set and shoe polish. There was no hot water in the evening and at night during this winter session, which was very inconvenient. I also received unnecessary calls from the spa to my hotel room. The food at the hotel was also not good.The breakfast area was too small. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Fortune Hotel, Rajkot.

This hotel though located outside the city has good service and staff are very friendly and rooms are neat and clean. The quality of food also is very good across cuisines. The staff is very hospitable and always ready to help and quality of wifi was also good.

Everything is perfect. Just loved the staff and the Property. The warmth, the hospitality, the quality of food, the services, the cleanliness, the rooms. Just WOW.................................. Go for it guys without any doubts. Keep it up team.

i found that all staff was so cooperative and specially Mr. Ajay has done good job and very good by natrure, food was so delicious but the room dining services was quite delay so please do the newdful for next time, all over experience was very good

Excellent hospitality and wonderful service. Variety is really good and restaurant team right from the entry are very courteous and really take good care of your choices .Chef personally meets the guests for feedback. Ajay in restaurant is very good *****with others in restaurant. Must visit property in rajkot.. Pool and Spa, though small but are well maintained and professionally run..

Comfortable stay, clean rooms,well lit, good location their staff was very courteous and humble,excellent food with good spread, Indian , Chinese and continental all cuisine were wonderful ,had a lovely time to top it all breakfast was lovely.

Amazing room and service. The staff is very courteous and prompt for service. Room service food is also good which they tweaked as per dietary preference. Breakfast is offering is also good, with Mr Vijay providing exceptional service. He ensures your experience is good!

Comfortable stay.Smooth check in check out. One of the best hotel of rajkot. Near to airport. Small swimming pool for children not for adult. Gym is also contains limited equipments. Spa facility is available but very not upto the price and service

I’m from the UK and I came across Fortune Hotel in June 2023 as part of my search for a wedding venue in India for my Indian wedding. The hotel has lovely banquet rooms which fitted our criteria. After speaking to Rahul, and seeing pictures my then fiancé and I were eager to have our wedding here. Communication between myself, my then fiancé and Rahul was prompt and to the point. The whole wedding, our guests stay and food was all organising efficiently through WhatsApp and email. The hotel sorted out hotel rooms for all our guests who were going to stay at a good price, as well as offering an excellent food menu. They also provided details of other vendors such as decorators and DJ which was very helpful as it prevented me from having to do additional research. The service provided by Rahul and his team was next to none and my wedding day on 24th February 2024 went without any issues. Everything was well organised and communicated and all our guests as well as ourselves felt well looked after and catered for. Hotel rooms were comfortable, spacious and modern. They were thoroughly enjoyed by all guests. Room service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Fortune Hotel for all occasions if planning any or for a simple and comfortable stay. Nice and comfortable stay at this hotel in Rajkot. Highly recommended… Rooms are good and cozy. One of the nicest hotels in this city. Staff is courteous and good at their job. Gym, spa, pool available. Will definitely recommend it to everyone
