Very accommodating!! Good job for the staffs, very approachable!! The room is clean and nice, I requested for a room with city view and they gave me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 highly recommended!!

Nice hotel. Sheets are clean, they allow pets inside the premise which is a plus points for me. They have a pool and offer on call massage.

The check-in experience was horrendous. It took 40 minutes before we were given our keycard. The receptionist took our IDs and asked us to sit down without informing us of any delay. We only found out the room wasn’t ready after we followed up ourselves — there was no notice or update. When we finally got to the room, it was dirty and unprepared — there were no towels, no tissue, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The breakfast was okay however at 9am there’s barely any food. I hope they improve their service. I also left my sons jacket in the room and we have sent an email however there was no response.

Location is within QC. Bathrobe and hairdryer upon request. Sink and mirror is outside the bathroom. Smart TV is workable.

This place is good. It's a good location, near in SM EDSA, AYALA VERTIS AND SOLAIRE.. not so traffic. I loved the hotel, the room so clean. The price is good.

I could still see long hairs when I took first step into the room, and many more in the each corner of the room. and the water pressure of the shower is too weak .. breakfast is not really comparable to those 4 star hotels in Manila … not really bad in terms of staying in Manila as well as visiting customers near metro Manila but also not really good in terms of cleaness, breakfast quality and the floor of GYM and swimming pool was under constructuon so not able to access , FYI
