Ulasan La Breza Hotel

FYI, hotel ini memiliki deposit keamanan PHP 1.500 wajib pada saat check-in. Berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, dapat berada di tengah-tengah tempat yang bagus. Semuanya terasa premium dan kamarnya luas dengan balkon dan stafnya sangat baik. Namun satu hal, ac kamar kami agak lemah. Kami menempatkannya ke pengaturan terendah tetapi tidak tetap dalam suhu itu sepanjang waktu. Memang menjadi dingin, tetapi bersiaplah untuk suhu naik sesekali. Itu sebabnya 4/5 untuk layanan dan fasilitas.

Too bad pool is under construction when we checked-in. The aircon is not working well but they provided 2 electric fans.

Good service. Highly recommend.

we stay here for 5 days. no available customer service after 9pm. room is nasty, towels are dirty, bathroom is not cleaned worst is NO WATER HEATER requested many times to fixed it service is sucks! i don’t nt understand why it was rated for 4 star? beware people do not stay to the place that no housekeeping service, no water heater, no front desk after 9pm, and have a nasty towels and bathroom don’t book here save your penny!

感謝小姐姐熱情服務，升級的房間空間大，安靜舒適，裝修也比較現代化，乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服。非常不錯的一次入住體驗，下次還會再來。

比較老的一個酒店，多年前也曾住過，出行很方便，靠近MRT站台；酒店配備有泳池，當地很多人過來旅遊也住在這裏！

The rooms are so dirty full of dust even the curtains..no assurance of parking lot..irresponsible staff and management

This was my second stay at La Breza, it is in a good location for what I wanted to do. Reception was fine, I did not book for breakfast as I knew its limitations. The room was large with very satisfactory beds. It was basic, there was no shelving for clothes as an example. The biggest issue was the weakness of the internet, several of the websites I tried to connect with would not do so as the internet was deemed by them to be unsafe, as indeed was my work computer which refused to connect.

Not adequate parking space for hotel guests. I requested change of beddings in the morning to come back at night that my room was just as i left it in the morning

An old classic hotel which I love so much because it has a big space and old style of warm accomodation style. I am a traveller and nothing beats old hosting and big spaces rooms. Thank you for maintaining an excellent service.

Superb service all around. Friendly staff, prompt house keeping and room service. Overall condition of the hotel is aging, the wear and tell over years.
