We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

The hotel staff are very friendly and even introduced to us which mall we can head to, and called a cab for us We are very satisfied with the room and also got the room on the same level as the garden/pool and it’s just right outside the window (no proper photos but very satisfied with this hotel 😆 and big enough to add a bed!!!)

Great stay with my family. The bed is comfortable the pillow needs improvement though, and there is no conditioner. The breakfast is good as well.

Very near to new frontier theatre if you are going there for events. Staff are friendly and helpful (helped me speak to my grab delivery driver). Lots of dust bins in the room

The hotel is located in the city centre, surrounded by malls. Nice breakfast, spoiled by choices. Gym is always packed with people.

One of the best experience, very accommodating and nice the staff. Does not need to make special request as they provide the best service. Wide selection of food both breakfast and dinner.

pros great, functional hotel :) overall excellent overnight stay v close to concert venue comfy bed lots of sockets for remote work the gelato at indulge was SO good con arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in released by 5 pm :S front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ?? front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed on another note, in-room dining bit slow ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..

Had a really good stay in this hotel. Perfect location, decent size room. Great breakfast selection. Only downside, elevators usually take too long. My sister and i had to wait for 30 mins once.

Always love to come back here at Novotel.

Excellent location…literally beside Araneta Coloseum. Excellent staff…friendly despite such a packed day (due to concert). Execllent amenities and great beakfast selection.

Novotel has been one of my favorite accom esp for concerts in the area. Very accessible and top of the line service as always.

We booked two rooms at the hotel, with one room available at 11 am and the other one past 4 pm. When inquiring about the second room at past 2 pm, a woman on the phone insinuated that we already had the first room. While we were willing to wait by the pool with ice cream and wine, being told we already had the first room triggered frustration. Fortunately, France, the lady at the reception, made a sincere effort to apologize and her sweetness helped calm me down. However, I must address that the “welcome drink” provided was degrading, though I accepted it due to France's kindness. The kids used 1 voucher the following day but found the drink options unsatisfactory, leading to them being wasted. Welcome drink is Welcome drink , it’s not a compensation. Unfortunately, this Novotel lacked basic amenities like lotion and cotton buds. Our requests were initially denied, later only provided after some assertiveness on the phone. Only stayed here because my son’s school is nearby.
