Solaire Resort North

We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

Good staycation with family service was good 😊

In Manila, there are a few hotels who can provide elite, classy hospitality experience and Solaire is one of them. The room is luxurious and wifi is very fast. Amenities are top of the class, esp. the spa and gym. Dining experiences, from breakfast to dinner, are great! Comfort comes with a price, but I like the value for money that I get of this Hotel. A fair trade off for a pleasurable privilege.

Let's start upon check-in, upon arrival at the hotel I saw the Concierge and was able to speak with LJ, I requested for early check in snd I explained that I just came from my work and he happily oblige. LJ and FO Azriel are very warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Excellent customer service. Smooth check-in even though the hotel is busy they manage to provide a seamless check in process. The room in 27th floor is very spacious corner room and ultra luxurious, it has a pool view in a high floor. Comfy big bed and fluffy pillows. Towels are extra large. Also the cake, I casually mentioned to LJ that my partner is celebrating her birthday and they provided a cake! So yummy and very thoughtful.You can never go wrong in this hotel.

Pillows: The pillows were absolutely good! Best pillow I ever experienced from hotels. Buffet: There was a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Customer Service: Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t meet my expectations. Staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times, which made check-in and requests for assistance a bit time consuming. Overall, while the pillows and buffet were top-notch, improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience. Would consider returning if those issues are addressed!

It was our 1st time here at Solaire Resort North & it was excellent overall. The room was big enough & the hotel has complete facilities. We celebrated my mom’s birthday here & the staff set-up a lovely surprise at the room. We’ll definitely go back again!

The hotel went on top of my list! Cleanliness and Luxury feels are superb! I love the room design itself esp the bathroom area. The bed and pillows feels fresh and super comfy. I was delighted with the complimentary pralines!!😍 Not to mention the extraordinary dinner we had from the event, marvelous! Pointing out too the very accomodating food servers and concierge. Had the best hotel experience so far. Will def be back!

I go to solaire north almosr everyday as I enjoy food at solaire food court and the staff and crew are really amazing me, i always find friendly crew and the service is always great, i find this place like entertaining.... 😊 I am most of the time with my parents as they enjoy the food and ambience, the place is perfect for walking for my parents from parking to food court😊
