Really central, clean, the staff are kind and helpful. The price is adequate to what
it offers. The structure is very simple. The centre city is at 2 minutes walking. Consider that is not a touristic town so if you expect something interesting to see there is nothing

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The hostess Alejandra was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The hotel is historic and beautiful with many plants and flowers. The staff is equally kind and helpful. I would love to return. The view of the city is stunning. You are walking distance to the Central Park and many cafes and services. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Not the worst place i have stayed in, but...
Could not find our ******* reservation
Did not have a towel
Did not have water the first night
Three flights of stairs to the room-xela is at 7000 feet so stairs are significant
Benefits-- close to city center, safe

The rooftop view was spectacular! The help from the staff for arranging transport, guides, hiking trips, food recommendations, was over the top helpful and much appreciated! A nice find! A charming hotel run by a nice family who was so accommodating. The room is small but it had a good wifi and good hot water. There's a little terrace with a nice view. The location is great, too. Walking distance to the main plaza and cathedral and many restaurants nearby. Definitely this is the place we will go back again!!

Even though we visited during COVID times (in July 2021) the hotel still had such a charming vibe. The hospitality was on par. The location is wonderful. And the terrace is BEAUTIFUL! I hope to revisit post covid! Alejandra, one of the clerks, was so sweet. She helped organize a massage for us and was very accommodating!
