Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, hanya di kota tua. Bepergian juga sangat nyaman! Hotel ini sangat baru, dan dekorasinya penuh dengan suasana artistik. Jika kami pergi lagi, kami akan tetap memilih untuk tinggal di sini

Best hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

酒店就在地下城上面，去哪裡都方便，位置優越，早餐很贊，除此沒有值得稱讚的，進房間打開衣櫥，發現衣櫥裏漏水，放拖鞋處被打濕，打電話叫服務發現電話是壞的，於是下樓到前台，前台讓我回房間，説服務員回到房間處理，於是回到房間等了10分鐘沒人來，於是又下樓跟前台説，前台態度冷漠，一點不熱情，住很多次洲際酒店這次體驗感最差

住了兩晚沒有打掃衞生，空調聲音大的出奇，淋浴扭扭不動，服務人員也沒有維修。除了位置好沒啥優點。不滿意的住宿體驗

地段非常好，很乾凈，性價比超高。

Excellent hotel in the upper part of Old Quebec City. Walking distance to all major attractions in old Quebec. Great hotel room. Comfortable beds and terrific room service by cleaning crew.

The only downfall was the room heating - it kept cycling to air conditioning and was cold and noisy overnight . We were unable to adjust the room controls and therefore did not sleep well

This was an amazing hotel from the moment we walked thru the door. The vibe was so unique. This stay was an experience for the senses. The staff was so professional, curteous ,comforting, and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. All amenities were a ten.

Awesome place! Beware that you need to call ahead if you are bringing a pet, otherwise you get charged 50$ instead of 35$.

Great hotel, we will stay there next time. At check-in, there was a pleasant surprise a room upgrade. Nice staff, Amazing design, cozy hotel, located on the main street in the historical center of the old town. Parking nearby

Great place to stay in Quebec Old City. The location was great, and the building was new and clean.

Loved everything about my stay! The little touches are excellent all the way from the common spaces (fireplace, games and a short story machine) to room amenities (luxury bedding and bath amenities and a highly functional kitchenette for a room of its size). The lounge area is quiet and relaxing with nice views as well. I've stayed in many hotels and airbnbs and usually do not think much about the stay, but this completely exceeded my expectations. Only nit would be limited vegan options for breakfast but they did accommodate as best they can; and I recognize the local cuisine is not vegan.
