Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The most important and completely unacceptable issue, especially for a hotel of this category, was that our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We complained about this from the very first day, yet no cleaning was carried out and the problem was never resolved. For a hotel of this standard, this is simply unacceptable and, in our opinion, completely fails to meet the basic expectations of its guests.
The service at the reception was also poor, with staff who were not particularly helpful or welcoming.
The room itself was another disappointment, as the view was directly onto a gas station, which certainly did not contribute to a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location was also very inconvenient. It is far from the city's main points of interest, and the surrounding area is quite hilly. Reaching many attractions involves climbing a considerable number of stairs or using a funicular, making it particularly inconvenient for those who want to explore the city on foot.
Overall, the complete lack of room cleaning throughout our entire stay, despite complaining from the very first day, was by far the most serious and unacceptable aspect of our experience. Combined with the poor reception service, the unpleasant view, and the inconvenient location, we cannot recommend this hotel.
