Ulasan Quebec City Marriott Downtown

It's a very classy hotel, with a great location. However the front desk charged the room rates into my credit card which I have make full payment to trip com.

The surrounding environment is convenient, but there is no water provided, which I think is not OK. The front desk is very friendly and will give you a cordial greeting morning and evening. We will also take the initiative to provide surrounding tourist information and introduce surrounding attractions and restaurants.

The service is very friendly. Every time I pass by the front desk, they will come over to see if I need any help. There is a commercial area nearby with everything you need to eat, drink and buy. It is also very convenient to walk to Quebec City Train Station in 10 minutes.

The room is big and nice, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are average, the hotel is old, the hygiene is OK; without advance reservation, the price is relatively high, the hotel does not provide slippers, you need to prepare them yourself; the hotel provides toothbrush and toothpaste but you need to go to the front desk to get them, the quality of the toothbrush is really poor; the hotel is not far from the castle, there are many restaurants nearby, overall it is OK.

Hotels cannot use debit cards! After prepaying on Ctrip, they can't find the prepaid information and want to charge again! The small room is not the standard of Marriott. The water in the room is charged for 9 dollars a night for wifi. There is no parking lot in the hotel. The public parking lot next to it is 12 dollars for 12 hours and 18 dollars for 24 hours. The deposit paid in cash took more than half an hour to check out and said the manager was not able to withdraw the deposit and had to wait another 45 minutes highly not recommended
